I initially contacted Scott (the company owner) to get an estimate for repairing some screen panels but after talking with him and getting a good assessment of my screen enclosure I concluded that getting the entire enclosure screened would be best. Scott was also very prompt and professional after my phone call coming to my the house the same day to give me an estimate. The estimate was slightly higher than some of the other providers but what sold me was (1) American made products are used (Phifer brand screen), not Chinese like some of the others. (2) Scott is personally involved as part of the crew, working along with them to ensure quality workmanship is completed for the job.

Scott and his crew's work is very impressive, workmanship is excellent. They moved plants and patio furniture as necessary to work around and thoroughly cleaned up any material mess. I am totally satisfied and would use Scott again for any future needs.

They did a wonderful job replacing and repairing the existing lanai screening.  The team was professional.  The work was finished in one day as promised and the results were perfect!

I was very happy with the quality of work I got from Sr Screen.  Scott was very responsive and returned my phone calls within minutes whenever I tried to contact him.  As they were doing the work, the workmen noticed that our very old enclosure was not as sturdy as they thought so they added screws to reinforce the existing structure at no cost to us.  He also added a support beam in an area where the height changes, again without charging us.  We have two 50 lb dogs who have spent the last few months since we moved into the house, running right through all the torn screen that was already there.  I was concerned that they would continue to do so and tear the screen as soon as it was installed.  Scott assured me that the screen was strong enough to prevent the dogs from being able to tear it.  The dogs have, for the most part, gotten used to the dog door now but did try to run through the screen a few times before they were used to it.  The spline did pop out a couple of times, but the screen never tore and my husband was able to fix the problems very easily.  The clean up at the end wasn't as good as I would have expected, but the work was great and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

It was perfect. They showed up on time, work hard and finished in less then 3 hours. The jjob looks great. All the screens are tight and look very good. The installers we pleasent to talk to and respected my property. I would use these folks again, and I have already recommeded them to my neighbor.

I called Scott and set a time for him to come to my home and provide an estimate.  [I also called another Angie's List A rated business, but they would not come and provide an estimate - they just gave me a ballpark cost per screen section for my Enclosure.  Unsatisfactory.]  Scott called the day of our appointment and arrived as scheduled.  He provided a written estimate and reviewed with me the details of their service.  I agreed to his proposal and we set a date for the work.  On Monday they would pressure wash the enclosure to remove any mold and stains; and on Wednesday they would do the re-screening.  Scott called on Sunday evening to confirm our Monday appointment; and on Monday they advised me on the time to expect them on Wednesday.  Everything went according to plan.

They did a very good job of cleaning the enclosure and the re-screening.  The screens are taut and look great.  Scott and I walked the job together to identify anything that they may have missed - a couple of small things were noted and immediately corrected.  They did a very good job of cleaning up and removed all the old screening and scraps from the property - not using my trash can. 

They provided a two year warranty and I am confident if I experience any issues they will be responsive to my concerns.

they were VERY fast and cleaned up very well.  most places said the job would be 2 days...they did the job in 1/2 a day and great work...best price too!!

PICK THIS SERVICE OVER ALL OTHERS!! Scott was professional and the price was right! He and his staff were friendly and did a fantastic job! Plus he's the only one who actually answered his phone when I called. All the others I had to leave a message. ? Keep up the great service. Would not hesitate to use them again!!

Scott was a pleasure to work with.  He and his crew replaced the screens on my pool cage and installed a very nice dog door for me. They did a superb job. His crew arrived exactly when he said they would, worked throughout the day and left the lanai and yard in perfect condition. The price was very reasonable and I know at least one other homeowner on my street was also very happy with Sr. Screen's work.

Very well.  There were a few remnants of spline left in the pool but overall it was done very well.

It went great. We love the results and the look. They showed up on time as scheduled (there was a reschedule but that was due to weather and Scott was very professional about letting us know). They worked professionally and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to have any type of screening/rescreening done.

Could not have asked for a better experience. The guys did an excellent job. They even went above and beyond in several areas -- cleaning some of the mold they found, replacing a downspout we had removed, etc. They also cleaned up EVERYTHING. This is a messy job but they didn't leave even a crumb of evidence that they had been there. We're very happy with our new screens!

Found Sr. Screen on Angie's list and had Scott come out and give me an estimate.  He showed up on time and gave me a great price which was lower than other estimates I had gotten.  Had to wait about 3 weeks for him to come out and do the work as he was currently working on a big job and didn't have availability until then. It was worth the wait.  Scott and his crew did a great job and had it completed in a couple of hours.  He cleaned up and removed all the old screening and spline and hosed down my pool deck to make sure it was clean.  Would definitely recommend and use him again. 

I was referred to Sr. Screen by a friend and then checked them out on AL.  The project could not have gone better.  The owner, Scott, showed on time to give me an estimate.  He was very professional and told me exactly what i needed, the options for types of screening and the cost with various options.  After getting a couple of other estimates, I decided on Sr Screen, partly due to price, but partly because Scott was so professional and clear about what the project would entail.  He also offered a $100. discount for AL, and another $100 discount for paying by cash or check.  We were wanting to get the screen done by a certain date due to family coming to visit.  I called Scott about 2 weeks prior and he was able to get us scheduled so the job would be completed before our guests arrived.  Scott and his two man crew arrived on the promised day and got right to work.  I had to leave for work, but within about 3 hours they were 2/3 of the way done.  The pool enclosure was completely rescreened, the new door put in and they cleaned out the gutter that the screen attaches to.  They repaired an area where the screen frame had pulled away from the house.  I would highly recommend Scott and his crew and will definitely use them again, if the need arises.

Called for an estimate to repair/replace front screen door, other screening of bird cage on back deck.  Scott told me that they 'only do estimates on Mondays and Fridays.  Since I work 6 days a week, alternating Satudays and Tuesdays off, this did not work for me.  Scott remained inflexible in his viewpoint of not being willing to accomodate me regarding an estimate, no matter how far in the future I was willing to schedule it.  Scott did recommend another company to do the repair.

Scott and his son showed up right on time, did the work professionally and then cleaned up and left.  He actually charged me less than I thought it would be because he apparently can measure better than I.

Here on time, worked professionally, left and charged me what was quoted.

They were prompt for the estimate and educated me on what to look for when getting this kind of work done.  On the day of service they came on time and worked hard all day getting the job done.  They cleaned up afterwards.  It looks great.
