I was told by several different AC companies I needed to replace my whole unit. I haven’t had air for mostly a month now. A**d Services quoted me over $6000 to replace it with a mediocre grade brand name, and said the cost of repairing my unit by replacing the coil (which is what the guy said was wrong) wasn’t worth it. Someone else from another company quoted me over 4500 to replace it, someone else gave me a fair price of 3500 to replace it. To put this in perspective? I have a 950 sq ft house. It needs at most a 2.5 ton unit. I just started a brand new job and my credit is shot. My house got as hot as 99 degrees one day (it’s end of June). I called Performance because I had found their prices posted on refurbished units, and I was desperate to find someone who would maybe finance me in house. When I told the owner everything I was going through with the other companies, and that I had not had air for a month, and I am a single mom, he sent his best guy out to look at it and HE FIXED IT. At a reasonable price! Less than 350! It’s blowing out cold air now! Not only that, he checked it over really really good, replaced two faulty items THAT NO OTHER COMPANY had looked at, said the evaporator coil was fine, and that was it! It works! When I get back on my feet and ready to replace it, cuz yeah its reallllly old, I am not going to anyone else! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had. So as we all know Florida gets hot and last week, all of a sudden my A/C just completely shut down. My father and brother both had new A/C units put in by Pleasant A/C and they had nothing but great things to say about them all the way around so I contacted them immediately and right from the beginning my experience was great. Brian answered the phone and was very nice and courteous. He said he would send a technician out immediately to have it looked at. Within the hour their technician Richard showed up and he was extremely thorough and polite. He answered all my questions and did not mind explaining to me exactly what the problem was which in the end I needed a new system. He contacted his office for me and set up my installation the very next morning! The next day their installer Lenny came right on time and was very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. By the time he was done my house was exactly as clean as it was before he showed up. That was not something I expected as with my past experience with any kind of house repair or service some kind of mess is left behind but not with this company. Before he was even gone the temperature in my house had dropped 3 degrees and before the sun had set my house was nice and cool. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICES. They have just made me a lifetime customer and Ihighly recommend this company to everybody.

AC went down in August. Less than 24 hours Pleasant AC had a new one installed. On short notice, middle of summer these guys were the best on price, responsiveness, professional and AMAZING! I Highly recommend.

The job went very well, we needed more freon, the service was done and the tech left, About a week later we had to call again,because the unit wasn't performing the way it should. The tech returned and checked everything again, and discovered we needed a new thermostat. He replaced it, and only charged for the thermostat. (he said he should have seen that on his last visit.) That is great service, I recommend them to anyone who needs air conditioning repairs or service. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Awesome! They pulled the air handler from attic and installed it in garage. We got the Trane xvi. Heat pump fan outside is very quiet! Whole house is cool now. The Reme Halo purifier is doing a great job...house smells fresher. Robert, lead installer, was awesome! Very efficient, professional, cleaned up as he went along and cleaned up at the end of each day. I never thought of a/c ducts as beautiful, but I do now! Arlen, the owner, is very personable. He came to my house close to the end of installation to make sure all was well. He made sure I was very happy with the job. Quality work. This company is a keeper.

They send a tech within 2 hrs (it was 83 degrees in the house.) I received a text with his picture, so I was comfortable that he was, indeed the tech I had called. He thoroughly checked all the possible problems, then gave me my options. But here is what really impressed me: he never once tried to sell me a new unit. He offered the cheapest solution first, recommended to try it, and only if that did not satisfactory solve the problem should we look at next steps. The cost was very low, almost all of it was the Freon that was added. Here is a company that immediately made it into my file of “go-to-companies” I will go back to them for all my A/C needs!

Very through. Response time was great. Explained everything in language I could understand. Solved the problem. Followed up to make sure install and repair were functioning ptoperly. Pricing was more than fair.

The guys were on time, professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Rob and Graham were a pleasure to have in my home. Brian was courteous and knowledgeable when he came to quote the job as well. Overall it was a great experience dealing with pleasant air services!

Georgio and Caroline...ABSOLUTELY the BEST! Beyond reproach as it has to do with business as well as some very nice human beings! Honest and helpful when it really mattered. Lenny and his crew who were out...hardworking, didnt matter the hour or the weather! And they put up with all my questions and my cats! Don't look any further for ANY AC needs this is where you can put your trust!

I couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of service I received from this company. I was in need of a new system. The two service guys that came out, Arien and Graham, did an outstanding job. I have already recommended this company to a friend and will use them again in the future. I'm a landlord with 15 rentals and a residential contractor.

Are heating and air conditioning was totaled due to hurricane Irma. We had to wait for our income tax return to afford another unit. The owner was very quick and resposive in taking care of our family and making sure we had heat and air conditioning for our home. I was looking since the hurricane and "Pleasant Air Conditioning Services" was the most reasonable in cost. They dove over 100 miles and didn't charge us very much for the long distance they had to travel and still was on time. Thank you very much "Pleasant Air Conditioning Services.

The guys showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day.. were very professional! They were working for just about 10hrs never even stopping for lunch. When they were finish they cleaned up what little mess there was and were in there way! I would surely recommend this company!!!

They installed a packaged system and gave me a price that was 25% lower than the local Trane dealer.

I highly recommend them. They replaced and upsized my duct work. I am in the business myself and they are very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They offer an excellent value. They included an updated thermostat and added UV light. They are busy and required a follow up call. I cant say enough good things about this company.

I use them often. They install about 5 to 6 AC units for me yearly. I am a home builder. They do a great job.

It went great. They installed it in one day and did a great job.
