Have used Kelly Painting (formerly Kelly and Sons Painting) on two previous occasions over the years, with excellent results. The current interior and exterior painting was also remarkably well done.  Cutting-in and painting of the popcorn ceiling was skillfully and efficiently accomplished,  with a  complete one-coat coverage, and a particular attention to all details.   The exterior painting of woodwork and trim, including extensive caulking, was equally well done.
 Simply, continue to be impressed by the workmanship of Kelly Painting.

Excellent work. Have previously used Kelly and Sons some years ago, and was pleased that they were still available. And continue to be impressed with the quality of the work. The skill and craftsmanship is simply valued and much appreciated. Fully expect Kelly and Sons to return in five years to paint the entire house.

They showed up on time, were helpful in choosing an appropriate paint color, fit me into their schedule so as to get the job done before the new tenants moved it. They did some additional things like replace outlet covers the the old tenant had painted over, and hung some closet doors that had been disassembled. The quality of the work was top notch.

Superb painting. First pressure washed all surfaces, then applied two coats of paint. Carefully cut in around ceiling and flooring, without getting any paint on surrounding surfaces - especially difficult with stucco walls. Used only best quality paint (Benjamin Moore Moorguard), with no drips or splatters. Overall quality work, and completed in timely fashion.
