It was an excellent job

Now I have the type of solid shelves that items can be stored on unlike the wired shelves. I will have to finish it off with the crown molding and doors.

We didn't hire them as we needed a brand new build on a garage closet and they don't offer that service. Prompt call and professional response to my questions.

Representative was great...very knowledgeable... helpful BUT... we interacted with a company to do the work for about $1,400 lower cost with the same shelving material, a better design, and a better guarantee.

All involved were professional, punctual and friendly. All concerns dealt with immediately and courteously. Communications were excellent.

We requested a quote from Closets By Design for a new kitchen pantry. Dawn arrived on time and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We told her what we wanted and gave her our budget. She presented us with a few options and, after a few minor changes, we decided to move forward with the project. After a few weeks the pantry was built and installed by 2 very competent and respectful technicians. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our only regret is that we didn't do this 15 years ago. Excellent customer service, craftmanship and price, We highly recommend this company!

Designer Rebecca very helpful in designing wall unit. Installers prompt and performed work as described. Unit holds a lot of stuff.

Rebecca from “Closets by Design” came by to review the project. She worked to design the closets, ensuring all the space was efficiently used. Rebecca was clear, thoughtful, and very receptive to my needs throughout the planning process. She incorporated a hamper, tie bar, and belt storage in the MBR closet, made recommendations for supply storage in a hallway closet, and reconfigured the plans several times until all my needs were met. Rebecca stayed in contact with me through the installation, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the finished product. A great overall experience!

Our designer (Ellie Dees) did a fantastic job with the redesign. Her design showed us how much more space we can have with our walk-in closet. Easy access to everything. The professionals came to work as scheduled and followed Ellie’s design to its fullest. All the cutting was done outside and all the build took about 2.5 hours. Afterwards, they cleaned up their mess both inside and outside where they cut the materials. Our closet never looked so good since we’ve been here. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you!

We absolutely love our closet system. It is so beautiful. Ellie Dees was our designer and she is absolutely fantastic. She took the time to design our closet exactly the way we wanted it. I highly recommend her. The installation was awesome. The guys were wonderful and left the place spotless!

He was very clean, professional and made sure the job was satisfactory to me. He was very helpful and an Above average young man.

It went very well. Starting with the initial design by the senior designer Wayne, to the final installation by the installation manager Kevin, the process was smooth and efficient.

It turned out good. They put in storage system, racks, organized, etc.

Closets by design was a good experience. We had to have them out back several times, but they were very responsive. They were always there, when they said they would be there. It took them a while to finish the job, I think they underestimated the job a little bit, but I would say professionalism above anything, they came out took care of things and made sure we were satisfied.

Everything went perfect. Sales person was informative and helped make the process easy. Work was done on time and as promised.

My sales person Laura, was great! She is phenomenal! The install was okay, there was a problem with some of the materials they used. They had to come back and fixed the issue and they did resolved it. Overall I have a positive result!
