They sent someone out who took pictures.  They then informed me that it didn't meet the normal wear and tear and they wouldn't support the warranty and recommended I call the extended warranty company - Guardsman.  I did just that and printed out the paper work they requested, filled it out and sent pictures of the damage.  They also denied my claim stating that I hadn't submitted my clain within 10 days of noting the damage.  I tried to explain that I first contacted Ashley and at their instruction waited for their notification to see if the frame and springs would be repaird.  It didn't matter, they still denied the claim.  (The damage was that the wood to support the middle couch was not made out of heavy 2 x 4 but rather just plywood and had broken in the middle.)
I then wrote a letter to Ashley Corporate Headquarters, as well as Guardsman Corporate Headquarters.  I was contacted by a supervisor at Ashley Corporate who had spoken with Guardsman and she stated that even if I did meet their timeframe cut-off the damage was not covered by their warranty either.
I will never purchase another item by Ashley again as their quality and is poor and they do not stand behind their products and warranties.

They were on time, removed all furniture and brought new in. We have used this store three times for living room set, king bed and queen bed. All furniture is three years old and other than cleaning it it has served us well.

Sectional was broken on delivery but covered up by delivery men.  First repair was within two weeks.  Within six months one arm started popping when leaned on.  Called in for second repair.  Repair appt. was cancelled three times on their end.  Finally when they came to fix it I took a peak at the interior of the arm, it was made with CARDBOARD and wood slats spaced about a foot apart.  When I mentioned it to the repair man he said, "but it's really good cardboard!"  Now about 10 months in the springs are starting to sag and I feel like I'm sitting on the floor.  Money down the drain.

They were great. The quality of their furniture is amazing. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it for the quality. The furniture is always solid and you can tell it's upscale. They delivered it and set everything up.
