It has not gone well. If we were not committed to the owners of the house we would have cancelled all transactions with this realtor. We will continue to call owners until we get a response. We feel they need to know how poorly these people are representing them.
Description of Work: We are leasing a house month-to-month through this realtor for its owners. The staff are unprofessional, the owner is uncaring, and the attitude is snobby. Working through this company has been plagued with hanging up on us when we called, giving inaccurate information regarding our transactions, and treating us like we were criminals. The owner refused to talk to us because she was scheduling a cruise for her staff. This company also have rental prosperities and the reviews on their website are all negative. I have tried to call the owners of the home (we are planning on purchasing it later this year) but we have not gotten response. Also there are some repairs needs and we have call 3 times without any response. These people are on another planet. Steer clear of them!!!
