Kevin came out the day after I initially called and did an estimate right then and there. He was out by the weekend (just a few days later) and completed the work to exactly our specs. Just fantastic.

It disappoints me to provide this negative review but Kevin's repeated inability to keep his commitments and promises has forced me to write this is review in order to guard other potential clients. I hired Kevin twice and he did a great job helping me out. In trying to get him to complete the second job for which I hired him, he has made false promises in getting it done for over 6 weeks now. Regreattable, I cannot trust him any longer and I cannot depend on anyone who cannot keep their promises to me, the client. I will find a more trustworthy handyman.

When there were unexpected problems that could not be anticipated until the drywall was removed Kevin made the best of it and did what was necessary. He juggled his time to accommodate the additional work involved at my home. His assistant is knowledgeable and is doing an excellent job.

Had a leak at a dormer window. Had 3 bids to repair it all over $1000. Kevin analyzed the problem and repaired it for less than $300. His was on time and kept in contact with me..

I had a spinal fusion and hate saying I can't . But some times you can't. I went on HomeAdviser and was put in touch with Kevin's Handyman Service, He was Prompt, Very Kind, Did an awesome and meticulous job on re-doing the fence and gate, very detailed minded! They cleaned up everything when done. I really can't say enough GOOD things he came thru on all he said would be done in my time of need!!! I WOULD AND WILL RECOMMEND KEVIN AND I WILL HAVE HIM BACK FOR OTHER JOBS!! Thank you so much! Would like to add pictures, but don't see where to add.

Kevin and helper provided a very reasonable quote to fix my outside wood fence. He prompted fixed the fence and did a superb job. Would hire him again in a minute.
