When I moved in the house, the kitchen was filthy. It took me four hours to clean the cabinets so I could put my dishes in them. The dishwasher was full of filthy water and there was a terrible leak under the kitchen sink. It took them four service calls and 5 weeks to fix the leak under the sink. They "replaced" the dishwasher with a used dishwasher that also did not work. I complained about water damage to a wall in the garage on four different occasions, but the problem was never addressed. I also spent at least $40.00 on several insect killing chemicals. The ants were so bad in the front door that they were building ant hills inside the door and there were roaches in the house that had to be killed. When I moved out, they deducted $95.00 from my security deposit. When I questioned the amount, they would not refund my money. They stated $50.00 was for painting. After I patched every nail hole in the walls, I requested touch-up paint, but received no response. They deducted $45.00 for housecleaning. I cleaned everything in the house, except the ashes in the fireplace (forgot). The owner stated the $45.00 was for cleaning the ashes out of the fireplace. While I lived in the house, I renovated a flower bed in the front of the house and built 3 flower beds in the backyard. I kept up the mowing and removed brush and trees from the fence rows. The house was much cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in. All in all, the company did not provide good service and the fact that they had the nerve to deduct money from my security deposit was amazing!
