My tenant had reported that the fans were wobbling. I had them fixed when he was deployed. We set up the installation appointment originally on June 23, but found out that our light fixture would not arrive in time, so we rescheduled for June 31st...The rep ask for a $200 deposit up front so I paid it...Then the light arrived early without warning so I called the rep who came to our home, and ask him to schedule it earlier. So we set it for June 18th. I called him the night before asking what time they would arrive to do the job, and he told up between 8-10:00am...They never showed. I called the Rep, but was sent to a voice mail on two attempts and I left two messages, and also send text messages to him. No answer there either! Never heard from him again! I called Mr Sparky's local office and complained to them and told them to cancel this job, and that I wanted my $200 deposit back, to be refunded to my credit card. She told me they could not do this, and that it had to be done from another office. I said, "well go ahead and get it done" Still waiting!"
