Pembroke Pool Service has been handling our pool chemical maintenance for almost five years. We do our own cleaning. The pool has always been clear. We have never experienced anything other than great service. Yes, it doesn't take long to test and treat when we do the cleaning. The results have been very good, time spent isn't an issue. When our pump needed a new impeller, the serviceman was out the next day and repaired it quickly at a reasonable cost. After Hurricane Irma, our pool was stained from debris and our pump would not prime. The service man responded within two days, treated and eliminated the staining, temporarily repaired the prime problem and ordered a needed part. Our son-in-law in Miami has tried several disappointing pool services. He would love to find one in his area as dependable and reasonable as Pembroke Pool Service.

I read all of the reviews and quite frankly thought that I would be in a defensive position if I wanted to get my pool refinished. I chose Pembroke Pools because they sounded sincere. I needed a lot of extra work besides the pool refinishing. The project manager (Jose) suggested glass tile and walked me through the process. MY POOL WAS DONE WITHIN A WEEK. The workmanship was outstanding (so an ex-pool rebuilder told me). The pool is beautiful and Pembroke Pools did extra patio cleanup and little things I did not expect! If you have read all the resurfacing reviews out there, please note Pembroke Pools exceeded my expectations - Something very hard to find in south Florida. Never have I been so impressed!

In the beginning it was OK. I only stayed with them 6 months. Unfortunately the quality diminished with time. Most visits didn't take as much as 5 minutes. I had to call them back out when the filter wasn't properly closed and I had air in the water return. I feel they would have known that if they had checked before leaving. The cost per month was for chemicals only. No brushing included. They do charge extra for stabilizer which is a necessary "chemical" for the pool. $65 every 6 months so the cost of the 5 minute visit essentially is now $70 or more per month averaged. I felt this was too much for the service I was getting.

Very good job.  Punctual and efficient.  Good quality work.   And very nice too.  No complaints.

They were a little expensive and they work they did was not done correctly so they had to re-do it. They work having the pumps installed was double what my current full person would charge. They were very professional.

Initial contact for my mom's pool was very informative.  Explained what had to be done to get the pool in working condition.  asked alot of questions and was given explanation that I could understand.  explained the chemicals, the timer on pump , water levels   we set up a weekly cleaning to keep up the condition of the pool.  The pool technician was informative and friendly and arrived on time and did not seem rushed .  explained that the pool would not clear up overnite but in a few days it would look great. as of today the pool looks the best it had in a long time.  can't wait until summer to enjoy the pool that is clean!  Other pool services have left us with no shows as well as a short visit in and out which doesn't seem like everything can be done during that time.

Pembroke Pools has been servicing my pool for the past three years and I have been very pleased. My pool guy always shows up on schedule, which is a pretty difficult quality to find. I am pretty sure my old guy never showed on time if at all. My pool is always clean and ready for my family. I appreciate their great customer service. Best of all they keep my kids happy throughout the summer! I have refereed several neighbors to them and have heard only great things back. If you are looking for great service at a very good price I definitely advise to try Pembroke Pools.

So I called pembroke pools at around 10 o clock on valentines day and they came out right when we scheduled our appointment. After a problem with my last company not showing up this was a great thing. I met with a technician who was the route supervisor who was very proffesional, knowledgeable and in unform. He gave me free estimates on the issues with my filter and pump. The prices of which seem resonable. I was very impressed with the whole expe and I am very happy to be a customer
