It is unusual to see a young business where the owners are dedicated for the success of it. Ana and John fulfilled those parameters. Ana was very diligent in explaining the characteristics, as well as the pro and cons of the different lifts available and the cost associated with each. At no time I felt pressured to purchase a lift. John is in charge of assembly and installation. From the minute he arrived, he demonstrated his professionalism unpacking the system, with care to avoiding scratching the finish. Upon completing the assembling he explained the operation of the lift and did answer every question. I highly recommend Mobility Plus, Pembroke Pines for any disability equipment. Raul, Tamarac, Fl
