It went poorly. I would never call this company again!

I called the company, a man took my information, a woman called me about 20 minutes later to tell me a technician was on the way. A few minutes later, the woman called again and said they would not be coming since I live in a condo and Whitehead no longer services condos. Pretty disappointing but I found a wonderful company that came right over and solved the issue.

decided to try whitehead for some plumbing repairs we needed based upon angie's list reviews. glad we did. company called to let us know technician would be arriving soon after having given us a 4 hour window. technician was polite, thoughtful, and thorough. he appeared to be knowledgeable and quickly repaired our two issues. he even allowed me to observe so i could do the same repair if needed in the future. would use whitehead again.

Lonnie showed up on time and explained how he was going to fix my problem. He was very helpful answering any questions that I had and also provided me with some tips to fix other plumbing issues around the house.

Had an issue with hot and cold water and described the issue. Person handling the call for whitehead essentially helped me troubleshoot over the phone, solving the issue. I called whitehead, in the first place, because of their high rating on angieslist. i was glad I did.

They did very good and I recommended them, even to my neighbors. The thing that impressed to me was that he was straight up with me. I was trying to get parts for an old faucet and he said it’s probably going to leak as it was made in China. I still bought it and when it leaked he gave me my money back. I then had to have the whole faucet replaced. He had to make a hole in the wall and everything else including labor, for which I paid about $400. I will use them again in the future.

They've been out 2 or 3 times for us. They were good and I had no problem with them.

They did an excellent job, reliable and showed up on time.

They did a fantastic job, and while it was expensive it was worth every penny. Love the new location of the washer/dryer! I had to get some electrical work done first-- they recommended Pybus which was a *great* recommendation. After the electrical was done, we scheduled the plumbing work. It was easy to schedule and the dispatcher/scheduler was flexible and helpful. They came at 8am and worked until 6pm. Had to crawl under the house to do it right and there is only a little, tiny space. But they completed the work, cleaned up and explained everything. The vent they added actually got rid of a kitchen sink drain problem that we had and didn't know it was related to venting issues. There was no hot water after they left, and when I called the next morning, they came out and discovered it was an electrical problem. No charge for that follow up, which I appreciated. Called the electrician and they came out at no labor charge, either, found the problem and replaced a very old fuse that apparently just gave out due to the added strain. All is well. Wonderful, wonderful experience with Whitehead and Pybus. Also, they gave an estimate that seemed like a lot, but considering how long they worked and what a great job they did, it was more than fair. 3 guys working 10 hours. Certainly glad we didn't try to do this ourselves! Consummate professionals.

All the work went extremely well and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone!

I ran over the shutoff valve on my side of the city's water meter and valve sunday morning. I called Whitehead Plumbing. I was told they would be out in about 30 minutes. The serviceman (Tim?) showed up within 30 minutes was very nice and courteous. The job was done in 1 hour. I would use them again.

Hot water heater went out on a holiday weekend. They said they would be there in approximately one hour and they were.They came promptly with a replacement water heater and had me back with hot water quickly. I have used their service multiple times and always been pleased.

Late on a Friday afternoon, I called because our water heater was out. Tim responded after normal quitting time and resolved the problem in a timely fashion. Friendly and courteous service.

Terrific response. I indicated the repair was not an emergency and they still prioritized my repair. The receptionist/dispatch called back right away with time details. The repairman was right on time. He was very tidy, polite and methodical in the repair. It's been two months and there has been no followup for less than desirable work.
