The guys at this location (712 W 23rd Street) were so nice to me, they checked my car over to make sure my car was in good condition and safe to drive to my doctors appointments and to Church. Other Shops might have taken advantage of me because my car is older, but Pep Boys only charged me for what really needed fixing. They worked around my schedule and did the work quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my car again any time. The Manager Bill was my Guardian Angel!

They rendered a good service and they had a good price. They very well in addressing any questions I had. They were very honest. I will use them again in the future.

I particularly have not dealt with them but I have a funny situation with them. My son-in-law had two issues with them that were not good and I let him handle those. My daughter did not and my sister did not. They were very friendly and wonderful people. Only this time, all the signs were down and the desk did move. I thought it was motivation. They took my car in the back and as I was sitting there by myself, they started hanging up Pep Boys signs. Next thing I know, this guy came with a long list of things that I needed to have done. He said my fuel needs to be cleaned, and it needs to have this done to it. I wrote it all down about how p***** I was and I told them I use a fuel additive every time I gas up so he stopped and every time I had an answer for him, his paper would come out and he would say we will mark it off and so I told him to mark it all of because I am taking my car. I could not remember what I had them do but I paid the minimum amount. I had them do exactly what I went in there. They might have changed the fluid and then I left and I will not go back. I am looking for a replacement. If you are a woman, do not go in there alone. They came out several times and every time they point something out. I just had the belts changed so we did not need to do that and the spark plugs but my son-in-law had them do all those stuff next to nothing and what they quoted me was overpriced. I was the only one there so I guess you could say that they were responsive. They took my car right back. I will not use them again. There were other people who have the same experiences as mine.

They seem like they're really honest and don't try to sell you alot of extra services that aren't really needed.
