Description of Work: Problems with toilet flushing itself; drippy faucet in kitchen. I had to call them back as the problem was not resolved. On the first vs. they charged me $95 to just come to my house plus service and parts and did not fix the problem, so I had to call them back. Faucet in kitchen still drips

Follow up to report: This is an important addendum to previous report... this gentleman came to my home so I could pay him. I paid him cash, had a receipt. I accidentally paid him $50.00 more than the bill. He departed. In about 10 minutes or so, he was ringing my doorbell. He said, "Sir, you paid me $50.00 too much and I came back to give you back the difference". I attempted to act as if, oh, well, ok, but I nearly fell over... I couldn't believe I over paid him in cash and in minutes he was returning to 'do the right thing.' Exemplary, Honest, good karma, I shook his hand sincerely and said Thank You!
Description of Work: While out-of-town a cold snap occurred and a PVC pipe located outside under a large storage shed cracked then broke off. A good neighbor called and said we 'had a water gusher' in our back yard. I explained where the breaker box is located and he went over and turned our water pump off via this breaker box. On our return Allstate informed us we needed a couple estimates. We called The Drain Doctor among others. He was prompt on the agreed to arrival time. On his arrival I was completing a couple of chores in the house. My Wife escorted George out to the problem pipe. She mentioned to him that didn't want work done at the moment and we only wanted an estimate on paper for now for insurances purposes. Wife stated he looked at the pipe, said 'oh, this will only take a moment.' Then before she knew it he had cut the old PVC pipe and glued a new elbow in place. I was able to go outside by this time as they were walking back from the outside shed. He was asked him to come in the house to access a buckling kitchen floor in case there might be a leaking pipe under the floor. He didn't know what might be the cause of the buckling floor. Then presented us with a bill for $119.00 and departed. I went around the rest of the house to be sure all faucets, toilets, etc. were in working order now that the water pump was back in operation and we had water pressure in the house. ( We have a well and water pump, not city water, etc.) The toilet and sink in the hallway half bath had no water. We had to call him back. He did return promptly. He came in and I showed him the problem. He checked these and asked me 'do you have a pair of pliers?' I thought to myself 'don't you have your own tools?' I 'erranded' to get my pliers to bring to him. He disconnected a water line under the toilet. Water ran onto the floor. He asked 'do you have any paper towels? I 'erranded' again to get the paper towels. Without asking he replaced the 'water tower' in the toilet tank. He then checked the sink and grunge came out of the faucet. During this I asked for an estimate and mentioned that my Wife had asked him originally only for an estimate outside and how much was this return trip and work going to cost. He jokingly said 'about 5,000....' Then he proceeded to clear the sink faucet. Then said 'just add another $20.00 to the bill.' I thought 'but why?, we had to call you back because you left before insuring we had running water in the house before you left the first time and all we requested was an estimate on paper for insurance purposes to begin with.' He seemed to be a nice person but didn't listen to what we were asking for.
