I brought my 2012 GMC Canyon in for warranty work several times for the AC, check engine light, air bag light, and parking light assembly water leak. I had to bring the truck in twice to have the check engine light fixed, and three times for the AC problem. The first two times I brought it in for the AC problem they did nothing to fix the problem. They said they couldn't duplicate the problem even though anytime I ran the truck for an hour or more the AC had major issues, it would freeze up to the point air wouldn't flow through the vents. It wasn't until I showed them a video I made of the problem that they attempted to fix the problem. The AC still isn't fixed. They had to take the dash apart for the AC problem and didn't re-install all of the fasteners. I found three in the bed that I had to figure out were they went, and one is missing on the drivers side dash. They also forgot to hook up the emergency brake release handle. I fixed the problem, I'm glad I found before my wife got stranded some were because she couldn't release the emergency brake! During the process they also managed to scuff up my passenger door panel. One more thing, I got rear ended and brought the truck in for the left rear bed damage and bumper replacement. The bed damage consisted of two dents. When I picked up my truck they only fixed one of the dents, and didn't replace the plastic piece on my bumper. I was stunned when I seen it. They really expected me to accept this kind of work? So after two attempts the body is straight. The sales department at this dealership is great, but I wouldn't recommend the service department to anyone unless you want nothing but grief. Go somewhere else!

Dropped the car off, they have a couple of and quot;reception standsand quot; outside to write up the problem. I simply left and came back near closing time as agreed and all the work was done. Very professional, but one expects that from a dealer. I can't remember the actual cost now but it was worth it to get it done right. I have taken the car to an independent service garage before and I feel I was raked over the coals and convinced to get stuff done that was not needed. Back to this dealer, A+. I lowered the grade on cost simply as a heads up but it's worth it.

They have excellent service. They do what they say. They quote you a price upfront, and they stick to it. There was almost no pressure with them. In fact, we made five visits to the dealership before we decided to buy because we were shopping around. It was a toss up between a Ford Explorer and a Buick Enclave. I asked the Ford dealer if I could take the Ford over to Cramer, put it along side the Buick, and compare it. They said and ldquo;noand rdquo;. I said the same thing to the GMC dealer if I could take their vehicle to the Ford dealer, put it along side the Ford Explorer, and then go back to them. They said to go right ahead. After we did that, we had our decision made. We really got a good deal from them. I paid $48,000 for a loaded Buick Enclave. When we were all done, finally took possession of the vehicle, and we had it about a month, the owner, Mr. Bill Cramer, gave me a call and asked how satisfied I was. I am 66 years old. I bought many vehicles, and that was the first time that had happened.
