Call for appointment and dropped off car early in the morning. When I picked up my car, the price was $200 less than a quote from another auto service company. They are trustworthy, professional, responsive and kept me informed on the status of the work. I really appreciate this and plan to use this service in the future. I have no criticism of this business and staff. It's a challenge to find an auto service company to trust and this is one that will provide the service required and more. They know the business and how to create a satisfied customer.

He did everything he could to find the issue with that car and everything he could to save us money on the car. He is extremely reasonable.

They are wonderful, this is a diesel pickup truck so most repair shops take that as a reason to charge astronomical fees, not Mike. First of all, the oil change and fuel filter was very reasonable, they had the: special oil for a diesel engine, oil filter, blower motor, window motor, fuel filter and tires before I brought the truck into them, all were special order and arranged before I arrived. I was expecting the bill to be well over a thousand dollars, it was about four hundred shy of what they quoted me. As far as the parts, they found that a previous mechanic had left trash in the air ducting which had been sucked into the A/C blower, this was causing the noise, it would have been very easy to have charged me for the blower and motor, instead they returned the new blower and motor to the supplier and removed the trash at no charge. I don't think I would have received this level of honesty form many other shops in our area. I have had similar experiences in the past with Frimet to Z, refusing to charge me for something that they did not have to replace on a minivan we use to own, I really appreciate the level of honesty and integrity displayed by Mike and the crew at Frimet to Z.

They are great. Mike Frimet is the owner, and he is very fair. He doesn't try to rip people off. He's busy and if he can't do something right away, we don't have to take our car in and leave it there all day. He will say that he can't take it until after 12 or he will say that if we want to leave it that night, he will get it out to us by 3 the next day. He is real good about that, and he stands behind his work. They are honest and upfront. With so many car places, if a woman takes a car in, they want to sell us everything. They do good work, and their pricing is fair. It's not cheap, but it's not outrageous either. I think that all car repairs are high, but they are cheaper than the dealerships. Their hourly rate is just a little bit less. Their responsiveness depends on how busy they are, but they are upfront with us about how busy they are. We will continue to use them in the future.
