Very professional no pressure great quality roof Roberts crew arrived at 7:00AM worked steadily had to replace some plywood and had a beautiful new roof installed everything cleaned up magnet search for nails and finished by 4:00PM unbelievable. Should never need them again however will definitely recommend them to others.

Replace asphalt shingle roof We contacted Kennedy Constructions Groups for a quote. Bob Stephens was here the next day. He went over what the Owens-Corning system was, went up and measured the roof then gave us a cost. He came out a couple of more times to discuss questions after having several other contractors give us estimates. We decided that Owens-Corning appeared to be the best solution. The job was commenced two weeks later. Miguel and his crew arrived on time (every time) and did not waste any getting started. All members of the crew were courteous and hard working. Their project manager, Robert Cotton, was here each day and saw to it that we knew what was being done. We had four skylights replaced. We went with the hurricane resistant glass skylights. What an improvement in noise reduction over the plastic ones we had. The day they were installed we had a terrific down pour and no leaks. At the time not all the shingles had been installed but all the underlayment was in place. No leaks, I think this speaks for the quality of the Owens-Corning product as a secondary leak preventive. The work was completed in 3 days (5000 sq.ft. roofing area), on time and at the price agreed upon.

Delivered what they promised for the complete removal & replacement of my asphalt shingle house rooftop. In addition, the Kennedy crew provided excellent carpentry work during removal & replacement of over 200-feet of fascia boards around the perimeter of the rooftop. Work crew was very considerate of our needs during the job and cleanup up around the house at the end of each work day. Highly recommended company.

The crew did the job with speed and efficiency.Judging by the sounds from the roof when the were taking it down to the shingles. They were working really hard and fast.

They are very good. Great work. We had this company install the whole new roof 2 years ago. We had the leak. We called them and hey came out and look at the area and found out there are somewhere near my fireplace is broker and they fixed it .

They were on time, very professional and Robert kept me informed every step of the way. He even showed me pictures on his cell phone of the water damage to my roof that was exposed after my old roof was removed, explaining why additional materials and labor were needed to complete the job. And Christina in the office helped me arrange financing for the additional costs I wasn't prepared for. While they weren't the least expensive quote I received, I feel the quality of the materials and the workmanship were worth the extra money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I'm definitely pleased with the outcome!

Good continuous workers, stayed busy on the job but, had too many recalls for small defects in workmanship. Personnel shortages delayed a timely completion date (3 days). Overall good to excellent job. Site supervisor/City Inspector links would lessen some confusion on defects in workmanship.

Great work, decent price and they truly worked for the money. Found and fixed roofing issues that made the overall job better. Kept me informed and kept to schedule.

Bob Stephens came out listened reviewed and explained solutions. Sent a team over to repair broken tiles and refoam those that were slipping out of place. Saved us money and the work was done very quickly. Recommend Bob and Kennedy Construction Group get your roof repair work done as well.

We had a new roof put on by Kennedy about 6 months ago. We have had zero issues and are pleased with the work. Finished on time at the agreed upon price. The crew worked hard and did a thorough clean up each night. Never found a single nail in the yard.

The work crews and their supervisors were professional, diligent, and efficient. We were particularly impressed with the care they demonstrated in their dealing with our home and the surrounding landscaping while they conducted their work activity.

our roof had several very bad areas at least 2 had were leaking. These workers removed a large area of tiles in order to put new Owens Corning weatherproofing barrier over the affected area. I still don't know how they were to replace all those tiles into the rebuilt area!

Bob Stephens, (Estimator), was knowledgeable, pleasant, and displayed a sincere desire to provide quality service. Robert Cotton, (Production Supervisor) was very professional, and took the time I felt was necessary to listen to my concerns. His Crew, (courteous and tidy), did exemplary work, surpassing my expectations. In all, I was VERY pleased, and would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

In Florida, I've learned to grade on a curve, for the most part. That was not necessary with Kennedy Construction. They are top quality from start to finish. My introduction to Kennedy quality could not have been better. Patrick Snow is a friendly, knowledgeable and patient professional. He listens to his customers and provides what they need. My experience was so positive with Patrick and the installation crew, I didn't even shop around when I put a roof my 2nd house! They had the job, without question. Kennedy's a Keeper!
