This company caused 27,000 worth of damage to my home and refused to provide the proper insurance information to my attorney. I have still not been reimbursed for this damage so I will be filing a complaint with the bar, and the Florida construction Recovery fund and I will request that they suspend Kennedys license. He should never have the opportunity to cause such problems for anyone else.

This is a very professional company and did an outstanding job on my roof. The workers and supervisor were diligent in their job and I would definitely recommend their work, efficiency, and would hire them again

I hired Kennedy Construction Group to replace the shingle on my roof. The quality of the work is perfect, so is the crew that installed it as well as the install manager on site. He kept me informed about what was happening throughout the process. This project and the job well done would have been perfect, however; there was one issue that I believe could have been avoided. I am not here to bash anyone, instead my advise to anyone getting quotes for a new roof is, to make sure the person estimating the job actually goes up in your attic and does a thorough inspection of the roof deck. In my case this didn’t happen, but the quote was done by satellite image. When the old shingles were removed I was told that there is additional work that needed to be done and it was 50% over the quoted amount. In addition I was told by the sales guy that wind mitigation was included in the quote. He even pointed it out on the contract. What he didn’t mention is that the work and material needed to secure the roof to current hurricane wind speeds was not included. The part of the wind mitigation that was part of the quote, was a wind mitigation inspection only. So if you are told it’s wind mitigation is included make sure to clarify that they include the work, materials, as well as the wind mitigation inspection or else it will cost you a pretty hefty amount. I was told by the install manager to do the work they would have to cut all the plywood around the roofline to be able to add additional nails to the connection between the roof and building. So if your sales guy quotes you 3-4 sheets of plywood to be replaced and states wind mitigation is included, make sure to get this in writing, as 4 sheets of plywood are not enough to cover the perimeter of most roofs. Aside from that, I am happy with the work and can’t complain, but I should also expect that as I paid a pretty hefty price at the end compared to what was quoted.

I thought roofers actually looked at the roof condition before quoting, was told that a satellite view was all that was needed, I was quoted a new roof for $33,000 because it was 26 years old, this is a concrete tile roof and although old it was not needing replacement, I found the salesperson remarks outrageous especially since he did not bother to put up a ladder and walk around on the roof, I needed some cracked tiles repaired or replaced, was told the tiles were no longer being made, I have found someone who found the tiles and will be doing as I requested, as a professional myself I found that Kennedy Construction came with a preconceived notion that did not align with the work that I requested a quote for.

They do not stand by their word, It did take them 3 months to replace my roof!

These guys are awesome from start to finish. I highly recommend them. They fixed every concern I had and a few I missed. Warren was great on sales and Robert was excellent for install team.

Actually went on the roof instead of just pulling up something online. Explained what materials would be used & the process. Part of the roof is flat & they will be using the best materials on that section which is a different application.

They were very timely and followed through on the whole reroofing as planned. The workers were very polite and efficient . . cleaned up our yard very well, protected our many plants with tarps. We really love the look of our new roof. Chose Owens Mills "AMBER" . .

Great company.

Easy process from start to finish. They made sure it was right. I had a problem on a Sunday morning a few days after the installation was finished. I called them and they had someone at my house before noontime fixing the issue. It has been almost 4 years now and no issues. Definitely recommend.

The contractor, Kennedy Construction, were beyond excellent. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Starting with the salesperson Chris, who explained all the financing and was thorough, to Christine, the person I dealt with at the office, to Robert, the lead on the job, everyone was professional and took the time to explain everything being done. I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone considering repair or replacement of their roof.

This company is not worth the money spent. From the salesman who came out to the house and would rather talk guns then the re-roof to the first crew who got fired by the foreman to the second crew who missed 50 percent of the trusses they were supposed to attach the plywood to to the ac line they put a nail threw and refused to pay for damages to the crew who thought it was okay to rummage through my wife art work and materials.on my patio. Lets not forget the goose neck turn-down that was present before they began but refused to replace when they finished. I would not recommend using this company. Once they have your money and they say the job is done they do not want to hear about anything you have to say and have excuses to pass off whatever you may think they should address to whom ever as long as it is not them. $13600.00 not worth the aggravation they put you through.

Crew very efficient. Project manager, Robert, kept me apprised of everything. The only negative, and it was not their fault or anything they could control, was when my choice of shingles would arrive. Took a little longer but they arrived. They did a fantastic job, and cleaned up my yard completely. No stray shingles or nails. My new roof looks amazing. Thank you Crew- you guys were great!

From start to finish, Kennedy construction was simply amazing to work with. Chris came to do the estimate and was very interested in the honey bee colony that I keep, he also noted it on the estimate so the crew knew as well. Robert and the roofing crew were very polite and they completed the job in 2 days. Which looks fantastic. I would highly recommended Kennedy construction for any roofing needs

When we contacted Kennedy Construction Group, Zachary the estimator, gave us in writing a complete detailed contract with a lot of explanations about replacing the roof. He was very patient in answering our questions and did an excellent job explaining the steps from removing the old roof to installing the new one . He is very well informed and because of his honest representation about Kennedy Construction group, we decided Kennedy the right company for us. Kennedy provided us with professional roofers that did excellent work. We strongly recommend Kennedy Construction Groups to our friends.
