Kennedy is a very professional roofer. They use only the best materials. Their workmen are experienced, polite and considerate. Chip was my Project Manager and is a perfectionist with vast knowledge. I was very impressed! Two of my neighbors will be using Kennedy because of the way my roof turned out!

Workers were knowledgable, polite, and willing to answer questions. Site was cleaned up at the end of work day. Large crew meant roof was off and on in two days with roof protected against possible rain at the end of day one.

I had a roof repair. The salesman sold me a product where we covered all possible scenarios. When they were halfway through the work, they informed me it would cost significantly more. Nothing I could do but pay it because they had my roof torn off.

They were quick and friendly when we spoke. They replaced my gutter on their own accord once they saw they had hit it with their ladder. My only complaint was they removed 2 panels of my fence in order to get a dumpster in, which we agreed to, but they didn't put it back up when they were finished, so I had to do that myself. Overall, they got a little pricey once the old roof was uncovered but we're satisfied at how quick the whole process was, 3 days for a new roof, about 2-3 weeks total to pass inspection.

Traditional Tile Roofing - Install or Replace
We were selling my father-in-law's house in Largo and needed a new tile roof. Lawrence was the project manager, and he always kept us informed. He was always available by phone and very helpful. Christina is one of the owners, and she gave me her cell number to contact her for anything. The buyer of the house required a few other things to be done to the roof, and Christina had people out there to perform the work very promptly. Everything that I requested from Christina was promptly completed - even a request one day prior to closing!
