Bob Stephens came to our home to give an estimate. He was great. He was honest and explained all the problems right there and then.

They were very good and very professional. The pricing was a little confusing (additional repairs and warranty) but they were nice and we settled appropriately.

Will wait until have everything from them muddle of Oct. If problem arises...see hoe they handelm

Way over-charged for extra wood. Communication very poor. Quality of the roof is very good, so if thats all you care about, then these guys are for you.

the work is still in progress. Six workers came at 7.45 and stayed until 6.00 pm. They clean everything up before they went home and I know they had to be tired because the heat index was 103 and they even got a small rain shower up on the roof. thank goodness they were able to work thru it. They have little more than half of my roof rip off to the boards, took out my awful skylight I had. Replace the skylight with wood. replace the bad wood on the edge of the side of the house ,nail the wood roof to reach the code, and put water barrier on. Soon as the inspector comes out they will put the shingles on. rest of the ripping off tomorrow. after they the solar pool pipes off the roof. They come a long ways and I really appreciated that they come out this far.

It cost a great deal more than the estimate, though they did explain why.

7 June 2019 Wow! We just had a great experience with Kennedy Construction Group, LLC. From beginning to end, the salesman, the work crew, the scheduler and front office; the entire operation was professional and responsive. We had another project going on, window installers, and even that crew remarked how nice the roof looked and how efficient the crew was. We appreciate the roofing crew's dedication to completing the job as the rain interrupted them a few times over the three days they were here. We picked Kennedy after receiving 8 estimates. They were competitive. Bob, our salesman, was great and gave us lots of insight into the roofing business and best practices. He was patient and listen to all our concerns and assured us of the quality and professionalism of his installers. They used top quality products (Owens Duration) with a 30 year warranty and 50 years on the labor. We needed a lot of additional decking due to the house's age and water damage over time. Robert, our foreman, showed us the extent of the damage before installing the new decking (extra $5000). The crew worked hard and was very respectful. They worked late into the evening to get the job done. Total time was 2 days. The roof looks great. We recommend them if you need a new roof.

Kennedy roofing completed our roofing project in August 2017... we are completely satisfied with the work they did.. even went above and beyond by photographing as they went to assist with inspecting for insurance wind mitigation inspection. Highly recommend...

Upon receiving a raving review from Home Advisor on Kennedy Construction Group LLC in January, 2019, I decided to have them replace my aging shingle roof. After an initial proposal of $9,600 dollars, Chip, the foreman of the team, notified me of several seriously problematic areas on the roof and said it would cost an additional $4,500 to complete the job. As much the old roof was torn off already, I figured I had no choice other than to pay the now exorbitant amount. In the end he failed to reattach the vinyl siding that had to be lifted in order to do the roofing. He never told me this when he did his final walk through on Jan 24, 2019. Only later when I climbed out an upstairs window in order to sweep leaves off the roof (which I have always done), did I notice that the siding was dangling and not fastened down. I sent several certified letters to Kennedy Construction alerting them of the problem and fully expecting a positive response. Chip had told me that the owner was handling the matter now. And, finally, Melvin Eugene (Gene) Kennedy did show up at my house trying to say that the problem was not theirs, and that the siding was already unattached. Of course this was not true, and even if it had been true, I would think Chip should have told me about it when he asked for my final payment and verified that the roof was secure. Mr. Kennedy finally seemed to agree and told me that I could use J and D Renovations and Repair (a company I had hired for another job) to finish and secure the siding, and that he would give me $350.00 of the $400.00 that the job would cost. We shook hands and Dan of J and D did an outstanding job of reattaching the siding. Dan also pointed out two small areas where the roofing did not quite reach the siding. This could not have been noticed before the siding was reinstalled. I figured I would wait until I received the $350.00 before telling Mr. Kennedy about the problem. But the $350.00 never came. After a week I messaged Gene Kennedy and he said there were bookkeeping problems and the check was in the mail. It wasnt and isnt. In the past couple of weeks I have sent the company pictures of the two problem areas and also reminded them about the promised $350.00 dollars: no response. Kennedy Roofing got their final check on January 24,2019, promptly after Chip s positive walk through. It is now May 30, 2019, and I am still waiting for answers to a roofing problem and the promised $350.00 dollars. I am a senior citizen and the $14,100 (plus $450 for the siding) dollars that I paid to have my very modest house re-shingled was a more than sufficient amount of money for me to now feel I should have no fears about my roof. That is far from the way I now feel. The *professionals* that Home Advisor recommended have not been very *professional*, and unless they contact me soon to address their shortcomings, I feel the worse possible review is the only one that I can provide.

Everyone associated with KCG was nothing less than top-notch from start to finish! Dan Tucker was straight up and honest, provided me with a detailed quote, and went over it thoroughly with me. Larry Kirsch and his crew were outstanding! They worked hard, fast, and professionally! Much attention to detail, and continually cleaning up around the work site. Larry kept me informed every step of the way Despite a "rain delay", they completed the job in one day. I have already recommended KCG to several of my co-workers. Re-roofing a home is a substantial expense, and dealing with the level of honesty, quality, and integrity that KCG exhibited gave me great peace of mind,and a feeling that I made an investment in my home, rather than just spending money on it!! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!!

My roof was in shambles! I live out of state and KCG were tremendous getting on the roof replacement. Rick and Chip were amazing... great discussions, before and after pictures, easy financing options and well priced with the best quality materials. Could not be more satisfied! Kennedy construction did an amazing job with my roof project which was very complicated due to extensive water damage. Entire crew was amazing and made sure everything was cleaned up and neat when they left. amazing company highly recommend!!!

Starting with the saleman Bob Stephens this was a great experience for me. Bob was attentive to my questions and needs, explained the Owens Corning Roofing system completely, and how it is one of the Top roofing systems in the country. Bob is the consumate professional and knowledgable about roofing. the Project Managers, Chip and Robert were great to work with. Robert was onsite everyday and answered all my many questions. Miguel the foreman on the job, was always ready to answer my questions and did his job like he was working on his own home. I highly recommend Kennedy. their pricing is competitive and they completed the job when they said they would. they are the experts in roofing and I have had to deal with many roofing companies owning my own Real Estate company. These folks are the BEST!.
