We are extremely happy that we went with Ametco Metal Roofing and love our new roof. The workers showed up on time, worked all day and cleaned the job site at the end of each day that they were here. I spoke with Mike with Ametco a few times who was also very prompt in response and met with Quinn a few times who was also very helpful and answered any questions that I had. Everyone that I have spoken with at Ametco has been very professional, quick with response and never let ball drop, that is very hard to find here in South Florida. I begin using them way back 2015, used them again year 2018 and then 2019. The customer service was excellent and they know their product. Price was very competitive, they give you a timeline, and they do everything they said they gonna do.

It was a pleasure working with Ametco roofing. They were very professional in all respects and we are very happy with the final product. We would not hesitate to us them in the future and highly recommend them.

About 5 years ago they did a complete reroof of my flat roof. A couple years after I developed a leak, the foreman came out and looked at the situation. He said there was bad plywood underneath. They fixed the decking, and did a patch job on the roof. Patches compromise the integrity of the roof. In late March 2014 we had a new leak. I called them and let them know we had another problem with the roof. He said he’d send someone out to look at the problem. After a few days he called me back, and I missed the call. When I called him back the next day he said they had someone available the day before but not today. During that call I let him know the problem was bigger than just the leak. My wife had been up on the roof and found the roof was blistering and separating. I asked when someone could come out and he told me he was short-handed and he didn't have his foreman and didn't know when he could get out. I have called him several times since April 4th and he has not been in, or has been on the phone. I have not received a call back.

The process went very smoothly from start to finish. This company is well experienced, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. I now have a beautiful roof that greatly adds to the aesthetic and financial value of the house. Excellent work. Thank you.

The old roof was removed, then an additional step was done. This included hot mopping and pitching up the flat roof secion in order to prevent ponding. All this, plus installing a new metal roof was accomplished in one week. It looks great and with all the rain we have had no leaks!

They were a great company! They actually came out to patch our roof before the new installation, because they weren't able to perform the installation immediately due to the demand caused by a hurricane.

The personal attention, the clean up, and the execution of the installation were perfect! I have no criticism what so ever. The owner's son came over multiple times to make sure the job was being done correctly. He is the person in charge of roof replacements. They are a great company! We found them by going to construction sites and asking what roofer the builders used. Every one of them gave us this roofers name.
