"Hi [Member Name Removed]- Sorry its taken me a while to respond. I really needed time to investigate your job. We had one crew do your original install and then we had another crew come out to fix your dowsnpout issue. We always try to get the original install crew out to add or make any changes that need to be done. When the 2nd crew came out they didnt understand why the downspout was installed the [Member Information Removed] it was because thats not how it was done on the original drawing. The 2nd crew was told it was installed that [Member Information Removed] per your request. Im not going to say you did or didnt ask for it to be done that [Member Information Removed]. That was just what they were told which is why we billed you a serivce charge. We have removed the service charge from your account. We are going to hopefully fix possible future issues like this by having the customers inital the paperwork and changes they make from the original drawing. This [Member Information Removed] everyone is on the same page. Everyday is a new day to possibly learn something to help better us as a company. Besides our installs- We REALLY take pride in our customer service and standing behind our work. Were not here to collect a check and move on. I PERSONALLY know how hard it is to find companies/people you can trust and I never want anyone to wonder if we are a company that can be trusted. We are one of the few that CAN! Im not sure exactly what happened with you getting a call on an estiamted time of arrival, but I do know my guys call with windows every am. However, I know they dont keep trying and trying until they get someone. They are up on roofs in this awful heat and once they get started they dont stop. They also run into some unexpected problems from time to time that make an install run longer than expected. Melanie and I are 98% of the time at the office to take calls from customers that need us to check on our guys for time arrival. Once they are involved with a job and up on a roof they dont have their phones, but once they take a break they check their phones and get back with us. I am sorry we ran into some hiccups. We have taken note and hopefully have found away to make things run smoother in the future. Thanks, Jamie"
"This job was a duplex. We installed gutters on the back between the two homes and placed the downspout in the middle of thegutter as the 2 unitsshared the roof and the water. We met with one homeowner when we did the estimate. At the time of install the other homeowner wanted us to place the downspout at the neighbors end. Even thought the nieghbors were Mother and Daughter, we couldnt place the downpout at either end as thats where the porch doors were. They wouldnt open and they would get flooded from all the water. My Husband came out in the evening after getting a not so nice message. He explained the situation and all was good. I asked for this to be removed or updated. She said she would along with taking it upon herself to deduct 50$ from the install price. Im not going to argue over the 50$. Its was a very small job that we broke even on. However, Im not happy with this review. Nothing about it is accurate or fair... Our office is closed on Saturdays which is why we didnt answer or call back when she called our office and [Member Name Removed] is not the one who hired or met with us when we did the estimate. Although, we did come right out after hours and go over this with her and she understood why we did what we did."

"I'm sorry you weren't happy with the way we do business. Your estimate appt. was set up 3 days prior. We re a small company with one sales person (the owner) and we cant give actual 2 hours windows until the day before. However, we can usually let you know if you are the first or second part of the day. I'm sure we showed up on time and called you the day prior with your window or you probably would have told us not to come out. Sorry we couldn't give you a time 3 days prior. We try and follow through the best we can with what we say were going to do which why we cant give you a time so far in advanced. Thanks for your feedback. Jamie"
