THANK YOU Pool Care of Tampa Bay for the exceptional professional work you and your team did on my pool. My pool was all faded out and had bubbles in the bottom of the pool. Everyone else I called didn’t seem to care or wouldn’t even call me back. I then called Pool Care and discussed my problem with Dawn. That same day Steve came to my rescue and informed me what was happening with my pool that we inherited when we bought our home. I have never met someone with the knowledge that he had. After a couple of days Steve sent his crew (Mike, Ben &Tony) to re-fiberglass and re-glazed the pool. Mike suggested adding glass tile to the pool. I took his suggestion and was beyond excited of how gorgeous my pool had become. Mike, Ben & Tony….Thank You, Thank You, Thank-You!!!!!! You sure do know how to make a pool owner be proud of their pool and want to show it off to everyone. I have the best looking pool in my neighborhood. I have already let my neighbors know who to call when they need any kind of pool work done. I also want to thank Steve for giving us very detailed information and showing us how to properly use the chemicals the correct way and how much to use. This is what I call “Customer Service”, which is hard to find anymore.

Dawn was great to deal with. No annual contract to sign, you can go month to month if you prefer.

Gave me the price to dredge pool and chemicals to be used before putting water back into pool. Workman diligently worked two days to finish pool, which was in poor shape. Pool looks very good. I would recommend to others.

Very friendly. Came out right away to see what condition my pool was in (just moved into house). Then started weekly service. They gratiously answered all the questions I had (and I had alot).

Did a great job and kept in touch with us as the project continued. We live in NY and this is a future retirement home. Pool care handled the entire process over the phone and internet. We had relatives in the area who could check on the process and the pool looks great and we no longer have any leaks. Had them replace the light bulbs in the pool and spa and they charged what we feel is a reasonable price for this service as well.

Steve was exceptionally informative and explained what needed to be done to restore my pool. He gave me various choices - and helped me keep the project cost effective while still offering quality workmanship. The work was completed in a couple of days. i would highly recommend this company. We contracted Pool Care of Tampa Bay to install a paver deck, repair the pool tile, and resurface the pool. Every phase of the project from quote, to planning schedule, to installation, to cleanup was professionally executed. All workers were on time and completed work in a timely manner. All work was personally inspected by Steve (Pool Care owner). It was a great experience and we are 100% satisfied.

They did an awesome job on a disgusting pool. While we are still in need of a training on pool care, they did work exceptionally fast and cleanly on the remodel It has been difficult to reach Steve and Dawn for a lesson on the upkeep. But I love the finished project and appreciate their services.

Pool care was alot lower in price than Triangle for the purchase and installion of our new pool heaters.. After getting pool cleaning bids we hired pool care also to take over our cleaning service.

Pool Care has been the most knowledgable and professional company that we have used in the past 8 years for any service performed for our Homeowners Association. We have now hired them to do our regular pool service.

I bought my house and the pool was a mess � green algae throughout! Within the first 3 days there was a hint of blue. Now, less than two weeks later I can see the bottom and almost ready to dive in. This was accomplished all by the service persons (except the salt I bought) and without additional charges!
