 + -1 moreI wake up with pain in my shoulders and back. He is telling me that there is nothing he can do. He has offered to sell me another one at his cost. Now I am stuck with a mattress that they won't do anything about. He said the manufacturer won't reimburse him, so he can't do anything. 9/5/06 I did complain to the BBB and after my second written response Mr. Esposito contacted me personally and we have resolved the issue. (replaced the mattress with another and charged me $100 for freight and $50 for delivery)
Description of Work: I bought a mattress from them. I am very unhappy with them. I've called them regarding the mattress being unsatisfactory. I had a 10 year non-prorated warranty on the mattress. I paid the money for a more expensive product that should have less problems and has a better warranty. I would suspect that if the product is not performing satisfactorily within the warranty period, they should take care of it. If they had told me at the time that the 10 year warranty doesn't do anything for the customer, I wouldn't have bought the mattress in the first place. It's a worthless warranty. The problem is that the mattress gives me backaches. It sinks down and makes my shoulders elevated.

 + -1 moreTONY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON MATTRESSES AND THE MATTRESS INDUSTRY DIRECTION. HE DID NOT RUSH OUR SELECTION, OFFERING US PROS AND CONS ON ALL THE ONES WE WERE TESTING OUT. HE ALSO MADE US AWARE OF WHAT HE CONSIDERED THE BEST DEALS, RESULTING IN US PAYING MUCH LESS THAN WE EXPECTED TO PAY AND GETTING A GREAT MATTRESS. WE HAVE A NEED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER MATTRESS SOON AND WILL GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. FINALLY, UPON FINDING OUT WE WERE NEW TO THE AREA, HE OFFERED HINTS IN MANY OTHER AREAS TO HELP INTRODUCE US TO THE AREA INCLUDING LETTING US KNOW ABOUT ANGIE'S LIST. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A MATTRESS.

 + -1 moreHE GAVE ME A WONDERFUL DISCOUNT, THEY DELIVERED THE MATTRESSES AND HAULED AWAY THE OLD; AND EVEN ONE OTHER AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THEY WORKED THEIR DELIVERY SCHEDULE AROUND MY TIME WHICH IS RARE THESE DAYS. HE WAS POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, I CAN NOT RATE HIM HIGHLY ENOUGH. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE SENT FRIENDS TO HIM, AND THEY ARE VERY HAPPY ALSO.

Description of Work: I WAS LOOKING FOR A MATTRESS AND TONY (OWNER) WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO TRY AND FIND ME A MATTRESS. UNFORTUNATELY, EVEN WITH HIS HARD WORK HE JUST DID NOT HAVE A MATTRESS FOR ME. I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION WITH NERVE DAMAGE. IWOULD RECOMMEND HIS STORE TO EVERYONE. I WILL GO BACK IN THE FUTURE.
