It went great. I could not believe how responsive Jody was anytime there was an issue or the process was ready to move to the next phase. With me being out of state during the entire process, his willingness to work with my friend in the area was invaluable. Any time it was necessary for my friend to gain access to the home to check something out, Jody was there. He responded quickly and positively to each and every phone call, text or email that I sent him. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him to others for their real estate needs. I personally would not want to enlist the services of anyone else. His performance was above and beyond all expectations.

We worked with Jillian Jamison from Lipply. She was wonderful. When we first spoke to Jillian we explained what we we were looking for and she worked tirelessly to help us find exactly that. She is very professional and always on time. She worked with the lenders and sales team to make sure we got the best possible deal and did everything in her power to make sure we would close on time. With her help we closed on a brand new build in 28 days! I would love to say we would use her services again soon, but we will be in our home for a very long time. I would like to comment on Joe Gibbons high degree of professionalism and assistance during our condo purchase process. He really helped us in finding, negotiating and purchasing our condo. For almost two years, Joe doggedly stayed with us through the initial phases of showing us many open houses, then finally helping us choose our home. He displayed considerable "extra effort" in the mortgage obtainment process when things were not going quite so smoothly. This was all accomplished, on his part, through a very cordial, friendly and professional manner. If the opportunity should arise in the future, I would certainly choose Joe as our realtor, or recommend him, "IN A NEW YORK MINUTE!!

We needed to find a house in the Palm Harbor area before we moved the whole family down from Illinois. We were not familiar with the area but was thankful that we found Michelle. She is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us tremendously in choosing an area within Palm Harbor! Michelle kept us abreast on all aspects of our buying process and always checked in on us to see if there was anything else she could do. Amazing! We purchased our home through Jillian Jamison. Jillian deserves and works hard to achieve a 5 Star rating. She grew up in the Tampa area and knows the local counties well. She has a Business degree so she is well versed and understands the process of buying and closing on a home better than any agent we have ever worked with in the past. She was always responsive to our requests to view homes and her schedule was very flexible. The best thing about Jillian is she was patient with our desire to not just buy a house but to find a new home for our family. She could have talked us into anything probably, as we were ready to be in a house. However, she was patient, understanding, and guided us well on the journey to our new home in Florida!

I could of not asked more from Megan ! She was great. Extraordinary services. When I decided to look at condos Megan was always available to show me everyone of them. She was very good on placing a price in the negotiation process and would tell you if the price was too high to either way selling or buying. She did the comps very carefully. She really looks out for her clients.

Ok. The realtor was available and showed me a lot of houses. However, he did not communicate important information such as the fact that the house was in a flood zone and I had to remind him to get a termite inspection. He also recommended a home inspector who missed some serious problems with the house that I didn't find out about until I sold the house.

It went fine. Because of the type of home and the price of the home I purchased, I didn't feel like I got the service. I should have had a much higher priced home. It was their overall attitude. I don't think it was the attitude to help purchase a home. Because of the price range, it means the commission was low.

We used them four years ago; it was fine. It was a standard price, there wasn't anything plus or minus. It was the sales price and then the standard realtor fee. The quality of work was standard, there was no way to judge it. It was a sales contract with the seller.
