They had to make two trips out here to fix it. I had another company out here that tried to sell me another filter and did not know what to do to repair the filter. But Leslie had no problem with it and knew what they were doing; they were very knowledgeable. I liked their promptness, expertise and they are an all- around professional company. I will use them again in the future.

We have been using them for a while now and have been happy with them. This work was done spring through summer 2006. The only negative thing we had to say was that it took a really long time to get the pool light ordered and installed correctly.

The service tech took our DE filter apart and cleaned all of the elements carefully. Many pool services only rinse out the filter, but Leslie's takes it apart to make sure it gets cleaned well. The filter works very well as a result of this maintenance. The price is excellent considering all the time the work took.
