IMT Boot Ranch

Everything about IMT Boot Ranch has been top-of-the-line. We moved here from Pennsylvania and were looking for an apartment in Palm Harbor that we could secure, sight unseen, and this was recommended to us by A-1 Rental Services in Tampa (by Darlene). Our apartment is pretty with lovely colors and an open floor plan so we don't feel cramped. It's very upscale. The staff here are people you can trust, well-intended, take care of issues quickly, and are pleasant to be around. It feels like we are living in a resort with the salt-water pools that are cleaned daily, the grills available for our use, the upbeat staff, a great play area for children---we don't have young children but its nice to see other people's children playing happily there. There's a basketball and tennis courts, etc.---all well-maintained and attractive. Lots of safety features. They held a Christmas party for residents the week before Christmas, with a big turnout. In sum, we feel like we hit the jackpot with IMT Boot Ranch. Its fun living here where everything is so well-maintained and when there are little extras that make it resort-like. Heck, there's even free Starbucks coffee brewing for members in the business center and a great fitness room with more equipment than we expected to find in an apartment complex. Overall, its designed for our comfort and easy living. Good job!
