G. L. Hanson Carpet Cleaning INC (HCC) is a full service carpet cleaning and and tile cleaning only service company. We do not install or repair tile or carpet, but we can help make you existing carpet and tile look like brand new. We specialize in Residential & Commercial Carpet Cleaning with a process that restores and maintains the best possible appearance while adhering to the manufacturers warranty. We are a 2nd generation family owned company established in 1945. We offer a variety of cleaning methods from low moisture to steam extraction, we have the cleaning method necessary to meet the most stringent requirements flooring manufacturers. Payment required at time of service (Cash or Check or Credit Card).

I had used Gary Hanson seven years ago to clean all my carpets in the traffic areas. He did an excellent job then, so I decided I needed to do them again. It turns out that Gary has retired, but his son Will now does the carpet cleaning. It was a little hard to contact him, but once I did he set up a convenient time to come do the carpet. I had moved all the small things to expose as much carpet as possible without having to move any heavy furniture. Will arrive promptly and went directly to work. He did a very efficient and thorough job. The carpets took about five hours to thoroughly dry and then I put everything back that I had moved. I was pleased with the results and will not hesitate to use him again.

Did a wonderful job, at a very reasonable price. Set a time for job and estimate and was early both times. Would certainly recommend him. Been in business since 1945 and certainly knows carpets. I had 5 rooms of carpet cleaned

The work went extremely well and very quickly. Will arrived right on time, got to work after a walk through of the area needing to be cleaned. He was very professional and obviously took great pride in his work. The carpets look fantastic. I will definitely call G L Hanson Carpet Cleaning when I need my carpets cleaned again.

Gary was a true professional.I contacted two other cleaning companies and Gary was the least expensive. One company charged three times as much! He cleaned the sofa beautifully, but he also (no charge) cleaned the rug below the sofa, and a runner in the hallway. This was such a pleasant surprise. No one does that! He is a true gentleman.

Will (Tech) was prompt, courteous, and very professional. Gary (Owner) arrived almost immediately (within 15 minutes) to replace a faulty water pump motor. Their teamwork completed the job. They moved furniture for me, explained the hot water extraction service, which easily removed several deep stains and then applied a scotch-guard protectorate. They were very careful handling my furniture and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with their service.

not well, I had to beg the young man to move the refrigerator in order to clean around and under it and he never cleaned the full laundry room and did a poor job in the pantry closet floor. He supposedly sealed the grout (which cost me more money), but after a month, it looks bad. I will purchase a steamer and do it myself.

Horrible experience across the board. Crew used was late and tried pulling a fast one. Stair landing, as a result of their laziness and shortcuts, had to be reinstalled. Owner did make it right, which was much appreciated. However, would never hire this company again.

We were told that Gary himself and another person would be doing the job. We were also told that 2 machines would be used, a regular one and a special extra duty one for the gray areas. Gary sent his son to do the job alone. He only used one regular machine. No special one for the gray areas. The gray areas are still gray. He stole from us. There was a box cutter in the spare bedroom that we use to open packages of wine. It was there when he went in. It was gone went he left. He knows he took it. We don't know if he stole anything else at this time. Go prove it. Maybe Gary does a better job with his 2 machines. We will never know.
