Quick and effective but price was not transparent. It was a negotiating situation from the start with dramatics around how bad it could be. I felt like I was getting a price based on my knowledge of plumbing, being a female and my need for help. It didn t feel like standard pricing. But he was able to solve my problem effectively. Probably overpaid.

I cannot thank Stiliyan with American Rooter Services enough. I have a fairly rare sewer system. My house is below grade and I have a sewer ejector system that pumps up to the street. Any real plumber should know and understand the type of system and that it's not a difficult repair. Sunday my system alarm goes off, which means my ejector pump isn't functioning properly. I call 6 different plumbers (3 plumbers quoted over the phone and 3 came out) to quote the job. I got prices as high as $5,000. Stiliyan on the other hand clearly explained the problem and gave me options. I ended up replacing my ejector with a higher quality and more power pump and still paid a third the cost. It's unfortunate that companies see that you live in a nice neighborhood and are young and clearly want to take advantage of your situation. Stiliyan and American Rooter Services will do honest work for a fair price, and I would recommend them for all your sewer and plumbing needs. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Stiliyan

We just purchased our home and shortly after discovered that we had a blockage in the downstairs toilet. I called and set up the appointment for a free estimate between 12pm and 2pm. The technician was in my driveway at 11:58! Stiliyan was very prompt and courteous! Very knowledgeable and explained my problem thoroughly. He snaked the drain and even did a camera inspection of it as a courtesy. I would highly recommend American Rooter Services Inc. Kristian was a true professional. He took his time to examine my sewer line problem and provide insight on the best options to resolve. I appreciated his level of expertise, knowledge, and customer service. Hopefully I will not need to, but I will definitely consider their services again in the future.

My call was an evening emergency the line from the water main to our home broke. American Rooter Service called to assess, called back in :05 to let us know Paul would be here in :30. He arrived, gave us our options and said he could be here at 8:00am. We asked to preserve our sod and go under our existing sidewalk. Paul was here as promised, he saved our sod, went under the sidewalk and was on time, professional and kind. We hope we won’t need them for this reason again BUT if there are any projects they can help with - they are at the top of our list!!!
