Description of Work: THEY DONT HAVE MY RUG OR MY FURNITURE AFTER 2 MONTHS. I AM SO ANGRY. THEY BLAMED IT ON THE MANUFACTURER AND THE MANUFACTUREER BLAMES IT ON THEM. I DONT HAVE MY SOFA AND I AM GETTING EVEN MORE MAD.

Description of Work: I also bought a loveseat and table from Carolina Sofa Factory. I mentioned that I was a member of Angies List and was given a discount and excellent service. My consultant was Gloria. She spent time with me and she had alot of knowledge about fabrics, and interior decorating.

WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH LEGS THAT WERE WOODEN IN THE FRONT AND PLASTIC IN THE REAR. WE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THE PLASTIC LEGS AND TOLD THE SALES PERSON AT THE TIME WE SELECTED THE PEICES THAT WE HAD AN OPEN FLOOR PLAN WHERE THE BACK AS WELL AS THE FRONT WOULD BE VERY VISIBLE. WE HAD TO MAKE AT LEAST 6 CALLS TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND FINALLY HAD TO TALK TO A DISTRICT MANAGER BEFORE WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY COULD SWAP THE PLASTIC LEGS OUT FOR WOOD. DURING THE WHOLE INCIDENT WE WERE CONSTANTLY TOLD THAT WE WERE IN THE WRONG, AND THAT THE SALES PERSON HAD NO RESPONSIBILITY TO DISCLOSE THE DIFFERING LEGS. FURTHER, WHEN THE FURNITURE ARRIVED, ONE OF THE PEICES HAD THE WRONG UPHOLSTERY ON THE BACK PILLOWS. WE BROUGHT THAT TO THEIR ATTENTION AND THEY SENT US THE SIDE PILLOWS AGAIN WITH THE WRONG FABRIC. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR THE WRONG PILLOWS TO BE SENT. WHEN WE TOLD THEM THAT WE STILL NEEDED THE CORRECT BACK PILLOWS AND ASKED THAT THE ORDER BE EXPIDITED SINCE THEY HAD SENT THE WRONG ITEM PR

If I could go up there and stand outside with a sign I would. Ive never dealt with a store this bad.
Description of Work: I ordered custom made navy blue leather furniture. I paid extra to make sure it was all leather. The salesman said it would be vinyl on the sides and back. It turns out that it was leather on the cushions but the part where your leg hits is vinyl. When they delivered it, the loveseat I paid extra for was leather and vinyl and they also got the wrong colors. The man who delivered it left staples in the bottom. We went back and I had a credit of $400 but they wouldnt give it as a refund. It was as a further purchase in their store. I had to call the vice president of the company to get my money back. Then when they delivered the brown sofa, they broke a crystal figurine. We didnt notice it until later and they wouldnt pay for it and they had insurance. Then I called the president of the company and they wouldnt pay for the figurine, which was worth $1,100. I finally got a lawyer and went through the state insurance commissioner and got the insurance company to pay..
