The reviews are fake. They have been taking care of the house I am renting for 4 years. When I moved in 2 months ago, the pool filter was so clogged that no water could even pass through it. I had to hire someone else to show me the issues since I did not trust them after walking into the pool area full of spider webs, dirt and debris; there is no way that many cobwebs develop when people walk around the pool to clean. I think they failed to maintain the pool while taking the owner money. They also duct taped the blower instead of repairing it. When I moved in, they came out showed me how to use it. They were nice to my face. Come to find out, then they sent the following email (photo attached) to the owner without ever asking for a fee to come out again to show me how to turn on the heat after the filter repair, never giving me a chance to pay them if that is what they wanted, instead they insulted me behind my back. Both Matt and David are extremely dependable and experts at Cleaning my pool. They Show up on time, keep the water quality excellent. I have had no issues since I use their company and highly recommend them.
