TIRES PLUS

I took a 2004 Nissan Armada in for service on May 22, 2020. Tires Plus did diagnostic $100, car care $10, replaced valve cover gasket $225, brake fluid service $80, replaced windshield washer reservoir $385 and replaced one ignition coil. Services, fees and taxes $1,020. While Armada was in shop radiator was damaged and was replaced at no charge. The hoses from radiator to transmission was not securely fastened and on May 30, the Armada was returned after transmission fluid had leaked all over the undercarriage and the engine light came back on. Tires Plus put new clamps on the hoses and then said I needed a new fan assembly which cost $402. After spending over $1,400 at the shop the engine light came back on and the car was sluggish. It was returned to shop on June 11 and Tires Plus said it would cost $1,340 to remove and replace 7 ignition coils and 8 spark plugs (set of coils and plugs can be obtained from Amazon for about $150) but they would give a customer appreciation discount of $361 making the cost $979. This is an unheard of price and, at this point, I realized I was being ripped off. The reason I took the car in was mainly because of the engine light and it running sluggish and after spending $1,400 the same issue existed. I will never take another car to Tires Plus in Palm Coast.

My elderly father had a flat at his home. I live 1000 miles away and I arranged for AAA to tow his car to Tires Plus( who I found on Angie's List). The guys there were very nice on the phone. They inspected the tire, found a screw in it, repaired the tire and put it back on the car. When I asked how much we owed them they said there was no charge. My father was delighted. We had neer been to this place before but they now have a new customer.  Their good ratings are well deserved. Great job, guys! Many thanks!

The experience was superb, outstanding. They do what I want them to do. They do a good job. I never have to take it back and have it redone. They listen to me. I keep going back to them probably because of their personality and work ethics. The price was outstanding.

They are honest and don't try to cheat us. If somebody else can do the job cheaper they would recommend that individual or company. They are just outstanding.
