The customer service personnel was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found what I needed. My dog has an odd body shape and it's hard to fit her properly. The employee painstakingly went through all the sweaters and checked for proper fit so my baby could be comfortable!

I had a good experience with them. They were nice, receptive to the customers needs and their customer service is excellent. I don't use them often because they are far away from me.

It went very well They made a big fuss over him and he allowed the groomer to trim his nails. We don't have that kind of luck at home :)

Went with PetSmart because I was able to get her in next day. Picked her up 2 hours later. Was not impressed with 'basic' grooming. For $55 dollars, they didn't trim her much at all. She is brushed out and lightly 'cleaned up'. Even though they said they clipped her nails, they're still quite long. It's another $11 to have them ground down, which they said would get them shorter. I've had her groomed there once before where they also did the 'furminator.' That cost over $75, and it was a much better job. Apparently they do a worse job on the basic -- which, at $55 isn't cheap -- so that you want to get 'the works' and spend more money. I will not be taking her back there. I have taken her to several other places for the same price and have been much happier with her trim, groom, and nails. Very disappointed this time.

They were super. They helped me get an appointment when she got sick and fit her in. They worked on weekends, which is unheard of in a veterinary hospital. They also don't charge an extra in the weekends. Everybody was nice and knowledgeable and I was really pleased with them.
