Not only that Wayne A. Hillyard is a very nice person but he is also a very experienced, expert and professional plumber. He made practical and very effective recommendations to effectively repair the existing defective shutoff valves to save time and make them reusable again. The overall repair of the shutoff valves and installation of the replacement kitchen faucet was completed in less than one hour.

Came out on a Saturday, charged what he said he was going to, and even gave me a brake on the weekend emergency service charge. Professional, courteous knowledgeable I will use again if needed.

Wayne came out promptly, looked at job and scheduled to come back the next day to install faucets and repair shutoff vales. I bought his recommended faucets. The next day he called and asked to reschedule to Friday as he got stuck on earlier job. On this call I asked if he wanted a picture of faucets I bought. He said no he had faucets that would work if mine did not. I got to thinking, why didn't he install these faucets when he first came out. He never showed at scheduled time and did not return my call to find out when he was coming. He has never called back.
