The overall service and installation was very well done, and appreciated. Very highly recommend this company.
Positive Notes
- Special attention to detail for removing the existing duct work for input/output in the garage, This was quite messy from the original installation and they brought it up to code.
- Promptness for starting the job was as stated 8:30 sharp, right on time.
- Cleaned up the mess created from the installation.
- Explained what to do for various aspects of the unit, including the use of the thermostat.
- Everyone was courteous and professional.
Negative Notes
- The only thing that went wrong was reinstalling the Space Guard filter. However I found a conversion kit online to rectify the problem.
