Honest is your go-to for ac problems. When our ancient AC finally gave up the ghost, Honest gave us the option of temporarily fixing it or replacing it. We opted to replace the unit and Honest had us diagnosed, financed and installed before the big box stores even called to make an appointment. When your Florida AC finally goes, Honest is whonyounshould call.

We called Honest based on the reviews on this site and they delivered. Our ancient AC unit had given up finally and Honest told us we could repair it for $2500 or replace it for $5000. From our initial call to installation, Honest had us inspected, financed and fixed in four days. They installed the new unit quickly and even fixed our outside spigot that had long ago been broken. It's the little things as well as the big things. The final tally was a little higher than expected, but considering the work they had to perform, I have no problem paying the extra. And, we have a quiet, energy efficient unit at last!

They provided prompt and excellent service. Initially they offered to try to fix the problem to extend the life of the original unit; however, given the age of the unit we thought it more cost efficient to just replace now. After the job was done, the owner, Gene, came by to inspect the work, and Chris from the office called to do the same. The installation team were professional, worked quickly and were very polite. We recommend Honest Air wholeheartedly.

They've been back out 11 times to repair. I fall under warranty. So, that's fine. They're fine. It's just that something is wrong with the system. I don't know if it's their fault or not.

From the moment the technician came to look at my system (am sorry I cannot recall his name) to the end of installation Honest Air was nothing but professional and courteous. They explained everything they were doing, and did not mind even when I watched over their shoulder. They cleaned up any debris they had, and even wore shoe covers while entering my home. The techs were clean cut, well groomed and very professional in appearance. It was such a comfort to place my trust in this company knowing that they stand by their reputation, and that their employees are dedicated to great customer service as well as professional installation.

It was the most perfect install that we have ever been through. I called, on Friday in a panic because our air system went down. I was fully aware that we were not going to make it through another summer with our air conditioning system. The technician was here within the hour to see what was happening. He sat us down and explained that it was on its last legs. So we decided it was time to get a new system. He went through everything with us from a small system (13 Seer rating) to a large system (18 Seer). We knew it was going to be a major cost and was afraid of how to pay for this system. Thank goodness they have financing. We decided on the 18 Seer System. I was also concerned about the electric bill and found out that we would be saving more from this system. We were afraid our old system wouldn't make it until the install date, and I was partially right. I called the emergency number and the weekend tech was out within the hour. He stayed until he had the system up and running (about 3 hours) with no service charge. The installer and technician came out today (10/08/14) at roughly 9:00 am and had our old unit run until they had to finally cut it off. These 2 guys went above and beyond the install. They were very professional and cleaned as they went. They reconstructed and reinforced the air handler box to be able to hold the new unit. We finally got air back on by 3:30 p.m. This system is incredible but the professionalism from the installer and tech was incredible. These guys and everyone that works there has pride in what they do. I feel they were honest about everything they were doing and kept us informed every step of the way. They did not do anything until they had our approval. I would highly recommend Honest Air to do any a/c repair or install. I never felt in any way pressured and forced to use them or buy anything from them. They truly live up to their name. (Plus all the people we have come in contact with at their shop have been very nice and extremely professional).

They came out a couple of different times to complete all of the work. The Techs that came in did an excellent job and were extremely professional. I was told about this company by some of my neighbors and I really liked them and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

It was efficient very tidy and the people were well trained. They were punctual, polite, and quiet.

I had to tranfer some money into my checking account,which, of course the bank got wrong, so it took a couple of extra days for the money to arrive and honest air to be paid. They were very patient. Counting the initial call we worked with five tech's and the bookkeeper. All were first class,polite,knowedgeable,terrific attitudes. They wore plastic boot covers while in the house, swept anywere

It went very well. They came soon after calling them and completed the repair work. Would certainly use this company again.

I contacted them to do a summer A/C check on my two A/C units. They discovered and repaired a clogged A/C drain pan (which could have damaged my ceiling) & a overheating/almost burnt out electrical resistor (both issues were shown to me before repairs were done). My second A/C needed some Freon, and they refilled it. They were very professional and courteous. I also joined their preventive maintenance plan which for a reasonable monthly amount they check both my A/C units twice a year and are on call 24/7. I've already used them on several occasions and they've always responded promptly/repaired my issues (thermostat malfunctioning (replaced)). Also, as a member of this plan, they give me a discount on repairs not covered on the semi-annual checks or by the A/C warranty.

They did fine. The quality of work was fine and they did everything on time. There were no problems at all. They did the job exactly as they quoted and there were no issues.

They do great work, punctual and would highly recommend them.
