Dropped my Dyson off on 1/8/14. The guy told me ow horrible Dyson vacuums were since it does not have a bag, I then told him thats interesting since Dyson is who recommended me as their authorized dealer. Was told it will be ready in 2-3 days. Did not hear from them so I called and left a message. They called me on 1/17/14 to tell me it was ready for pick up. When I went to pick it up I asked why it took so long since he told me it will only be 2-3 days. I was informed that that when a customer who buys their $1,000 vacuums and has a problem with it and wants immediate service all other work they were previously working on goes on old. It would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know it would be few more days than initially quoted, so no apology for the delay just excuses. I will not be using this company again, I will take my my vacuum needs to another company. If you aren't their customer who buys their $1000 vacuums, or have an address outside of Palm Beach, you evidently you don't get treated very nicely. For my vacuum tune up and replacing a vent and rotary part came to $184 and change.
