Good service, nice guy

Fast and easy. Came out 20 minutes after I called him. Charged $100 less than another quote. A year warranty on the new part and if any different issues come up in the next 3 months he won't charge another service fee.

Our fridge needed an urgent service. We called Stan on a Sunday morning, and by Sunday afternoon everything was fixed. He is courteous, responsive, reasonably priced. Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

The freezer door on our summer rental home was broken. We called Stan and he fit us in at the end of the day. And this was at the height of the summer. He fixed it and called and explained what the problem had been. Price was reasonable. Very professional. Great customer service.

Stan knows his stuff. Turns out, our 20-year-old dishwasher had shorted out. Replacement parts were no longer available. Stan provided us with his expertise in deciding on a replacement, as well as several stores to consider in buying a new machine. Will call him again if the need arises.

Stan called me promptly and made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time for the appointment and fixed the problem within minutes. I was very pleased with his promptness and professionalism.

Stan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He replied quickly to my request, and was able to schedule me quickly as well. Although he had a difficult time with the oven because of a previous repair that left it in less than ideal circumstances, he was able to repair it for me. I would definitely schedule him again.

Update: He did reach out and resolved the problem. Original review: Stan came and replaced a pump that I do not think needed replaced. With in 2 days I called my dishwasher still did not drain properly and when I called him to come fix it, he stated that when he could pullover he would call me back.... When I started calling him within the last two weeks the voicemail was always full, now when I called today I was able to leave a voicemail and I still have not heard back from him. Job was paid for but now that its not correct he is no where to be found.

Stan tackled a finicky job and succeeded (fishing out a part stuck behind a control panel on the freezer).

Fabulous service - had a broken fridge and a bunch of family coming to visit. Stan came Same Day and fixed my machine. Explained everything as he went. Would definitely hire him again !
