Very easy to deal with. From the owner in the showroom explaining the system, to the technician who installed the system. No problems or concerns.

I called them, and they told me is wasn't guaranteed. They sent someone out to confirm what I said. They told me that they can replace the unit in that's clogged up. They told me that would replace the unit for free, but I would charged for the service call. They replaced the control unit with a used control unit. Two weeks later, it clogged up again. When he installed the next unit, he didn't clean out the storage tank where the salt it kept. The same problem happened again. There was still dirt and rocks in the line. We cleaned the supply out ourselves. The replaced the unit a third time with another service charge.

My problem began with a well casing failure. Rand S correctly diagnosed the issue and put me in touch with a good well driller. Once the new well was established, they came out at my convenience to replace my ruined treatment equipment. They arrived on time, and finished on schedule with no attempt to sell me extras.

They are not the cheapest, but I got what I paid for. I have been a customer of theirs for over 30 years.

We are on a well and were having water problems. No knowing if this was the well drying up or what our problem was- we called R&S. The service tech checked our set up and quickly found the problems. It was nothing major and we were back with water in no time. The rating on punctuality is not perfect only due to the fact in this economy staffing had to be cut but our appointment was kept-- and on Friday night.We appreciated the fact they kept us on the work list rather than to reschedule.
