Arrived exactly on time. Very ptofessional appearance. Wore shoe covers into the house. Cleaned and inspected AC unit as expected. Following inspection, notified me that my exterior unit needed replaced. I asked for an estimate which was provided but seemed extremely high to me. Told the serviceman that I would decide and let him know. There was some pressure to buy but not excessive. I called for two other estimates and both were considrably cheaper...one almost half as much. Now NexGen says the units were not comparable as priced differently but I went with the one that saved me over $2000! Great service but prices high.

This family owned business was extremely professional, they came and gave us a quote, after agreeing, they scheduled a day and time for the installation and came right in time, they came prepared with all the tools and materials. The work they did was EXCELLENT, we are very very pleased. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend Next Generation for your AC needs. I will actually call them again to replace my second unit for the second floor as soon as possible.

Prompt, efficient, thorough and they didn't want all my money.  Overall, an excellent job.  Kelle does a great job on the phone, and she has a sense of humor, which I like.  John, the tech, is very pleasant, knows the Goodman products "like the back of my hand," and he's not bragging, he's telling the truth.  He's well-spoken and has a sense of humor, too.  A fine experience and they've clearly earned an A.

They advised they be here at9 am and we're extremely punctual. They arrived with two installers and nancy, the owner's wife. I found both installers to be highly professional and appreciated their expertise. As for nancy, she helped the installers with whatever help they needed and was incredibly pleasant though out the while process. Sine the house is a second home, I installed a with-fi thermostat to be able to control the temp while we're not here. Unfortunately the thermostat didn't work. On another occasion, John, the owner came it and personally tried to get the thermostat to work, however it was defective. Finally, today John came out and replaced the thermostat with an even better one at no cost. I really appreciate the obvious customer satisfaction that they value. I'm so glad I chose them to do the AC replacement! I would highly recommend to anyone. Anytime! .thank you next gen for your great work!!!

First of all I want to start by saying that John, the owner, is a wonderful person do do business with. He is a honest and caring individual. When you are about to make such a huge investment it is so important to feel that you are making the right decision with the right company and Next Generation offers that. I highly recommended them. They are a business that put their consumers first.

Next Generation Air & Heat Inc is first class.   Knowledgeable, friendly and experienced.   It was a pleasure to have John in my home, even under a service call situation.   He was thorough, insightful, informative and tech savvy.   After he left, I felt I had met an honest, trusty and dependable person who had treated me fairly.   I wish his company well, and would not hesitate contacting again to work on my system.

A couple of weeks ago my AC unit was dumping water into my garage. Being somewhat handy, I got on Google and did some research and determined it was clogged drain lines and the drip pan was overflowing. Grabbed the Shop Vac and after a few minutes, everything was cleaned up and good to go. Fast forward 2 weeks and I wake up to a soaked carpet in my guest bedroom closet which shares a wall with the AC. Assuming the worst, I jumped on Anglie's List, did a search for HVAC and called Next Generation. After some initial diagnosis over the phone, John said he'd be out when he finished his current call and gave me a window of 30 minutes when he'd be there. John was very punctual, showing up right in the window and professional. After well over an hour of thorough investigation and complimenting me for having fixed the overflow from a few weeks prior, John determined the HVAC was running great and was not the where the water was coming from. I felt confident in his work as he was explaining things as he went, showing me where the water would be coming from if it was the cause and also revealing I had an extra, and unnecessary, filter on my AC that hadn't been changed and was likely the cause of our increasing cooling bills. John even helped me brainstorm other potential causes of the leak and how to deal with the water in the bedroom.
After he left, we eventually found out the leak was in the laundry room, but it took John giving us peace of mind that the AC wasn't the issue before we even thought to look anywhere else.

Our AC went out on Saturday night. Fearing the worst we decided we better call in the professionals. Being as we called on a Sunday we were pretty sure we would either have to wait till Monday or pay an arm and a leg to have someone come out on a Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised when neither of those things happened. We called Next Generation Air and Heat at 11am and were told by John that he would be able to be at our house between 12 and 1. John arrived at 12:07 and was professional and pleasant to deal with. He was able to fix the AC quickly and had the part we needed in his truck! He was also able to give us valuable information about our unit that has provided us with peace of mind about our AC unit. We will be using Next Generation to come out for any and all of our Air Conditioning needs

Previously, John, company owner and his wife, Nancy (co-owner) came out immediately after my emergency call re: backed-up drain.  John fixed the problem quickly, answered all my questions, and explained why the problem occurred, and how to avoid it happening again. 
Two A/C repairmen performed the services listed above in a timely manner w/a high degree of professionalism. 
John and Nancy went above and beyond my highest expectations.  They're awesome!!!

They scheduled it when I wasn't home so I don't know what they did or how their service was overall. One of the issues was that they never called me to schedule an appointment and I contacted them about when they could do it and they said "We're coming out on Monday, didn't you get a call?" and I said no. So they came on Monday but they never really scheduled it, they just sort of happened. They e-mailed me a checklist on what they did but they didn't tell my wife what they did.I didn't get a chance to talk to them and they didn't really talk to my wife.

It was GREAT!  They came on a Saturday and an hour earlier than expected.  They got right to work and finished quickly.  Seemed very knowledgeable.  Can't say enough good things about this company.  Will definitely use again and will recommend to all my friends.

Extremely good.  Checked every item on the A/C tune up list and sent me an emailed report minutes after they completed the inspection/tune-up. 

The experience from getting a quote to changing out the whole unit and reinforcing the taping on the duct work was great.  John went through all the steps and didn't try to do things that didn't need to get done.  Upon arrival they were fast to work on our system.  It was graduation day and they assured us they would be done before we needed to leave.  They worked diligently and without any problems.  They were finished with the entire job and you would not have known they had done so much work building a new furnace slab, changing out breakers and replacing the unit.

Went right to work upon arrival and were done  before 5 pm.  They were so professional and courteous.  We were getting ready for graduation that night and they assured us they would be done before .  They were done you would have never know they had done all that work except that there was a whole new air conditioning unit.
