Very professional. Father and son operation. Very nice and knew what they were doing. Had a flood and needed padding replaced and carpet restretched. Very good job. Will definitely use them again if I need to, hopefully I won't have that problem again :-)

Only problem, wasn't aware we could not use our room for several days. This was not due to the company's work but we weren't told how long it would take the very dirty carpet to dry and necessary retreatment

"Thank you for your review. As explained, normally the carpets will dry in about 4-5 hours. This carpet was extremely dirty so the cleaner was applied very slowly which, as informed, we expected it would take about double that time. But, we were unaware of the ventilation problem in the "florida" room. Ventilation is a critical part of the drying process for the carpet; without it, the humidity was not able to escape the room, which as a result did not allow the carpet to dry. I hope our efforts to come back as soon as you called were satisfactory and that our equipment (fans, dehumidifier) were not such an inconvenience."

This is a father and son business who work as a team and know what they are doing. When I had called them for a estimate. Christian had showed up when he said he would and gave a price for the job which I thought was quite reasonable. He showed up when he said he would and did a very excellent job. Very courteous and professional.l He had called me the next day to follow up and make sure everything was ok. Great job done

They called right away and set up an appointment within days. My carpets were beige but areas like the middle of stairs had turned black from constant use even though we don't allow shoes on the carpet. They were professional and finished the job quickly and efficiently. But the best news is my carpets look like new again. I would highly recommend this company and their service to all my friends and clients. Also , I had the stairs, hallway and 1 room cleaned for $79. Great value. Great job.

I just moved and had my carpets cleaned. There was a big stain on one of the carpets and the service provider did a terrific job removing the stain. My only disappointment was that the work was done by one person and he steamed the carpets around the furniture. When we moved the furniture to another spot there was a big difference in the uncleaned area. I did tell the worker that my son was in the house and if he needed his help he would gladly help. Unfortunately he did not ask for assistance. He did a terrific job throughout the rest of the house. He was a very pleasant person.
