About us
I am a family owed and operated business. I have almost 20 years experience in this line of work. I do home repair, updating and maintenance. Both inside and outside the home. One stop shop. Easiest way to explain my pricing is it is neighbor pricing. Pretty much what one neighbor would charge another to do work.

"Now normally In my responses to negativity I’m more welcoming to another’s view, however this is a bad woman. After our initial meeting, to see the scope of work for a bid, I was informed I would only have 2 days to work this into my schedule. A schedule at that time that was 3 weeks out. So me having a big heart and trying to help I sent her a bid and that I could start the following day. After changing a few things in the bid per her request I never received a signed agreement or even confirmation that we are good to go. I had told her prior to that point that I won’t start without an agreement being agreed-upon. I figured she changed her mind or found someone different. So because nothing was agreed on and it is now the day I said I could squeeze her in I took it as it not being as important as it was mentioned to me and went on my day with my scheduled appointments. That is why I was hours late the first day. So when she finally responded on why I wasn’t there I told her again and she finally agreed to it, but not after threatening me with writing bad reviews and reporting me to BBB because I didn’t show up without anything being agreed to. I know nuts, who does that. Why I took the job I still have no idea. Needless to say it took longer than expected setting me back even more because I had to keep moving things that I installed where she wanted them. So did my work multiple times and never asked for reimbursement for my time which she clearly didn’t care for. The money “I ran off with” was $100 for a screen door that mailed to the address I had. And then she called my wife, which isn’t an easy task to do being in the state corrections/ probation field her personal info is canceled. So yea to go through that much effort for $100 a little crazy and stalkerish."
"Call [Member Name Removed] thank you so much. that was definitely needed after the neighbor you warned me about gave me a bad review. I still can’t believe it but again you did warn me. The next time I’m in your neck of the woods a devil every buy your favorite cookies."
"Thank you so much that means a lot to me."
"Thank you so much you’re the best"
"I appreciate the review. I won’t make this a back-and-forth thing. I’ve done two jobs for this woman , the first one was the bathroom and I did such a bad job with it that she hired me to do the kitchen. When it came time to do the kitchen everything was talked about in detail and the agreement was just as detailed, which she signed. I learned from the first job not to veer away from the contract in any way shape or form and make sure it is detailed and clear to the point, which it was. The kitchen cabinet install , the second job, was moved out months per the customer after the cabinets were already built. That caused me to have to rent a storage unit that was unexpected and was not in the contract. She felt it was my responsibility to store them while she changed the original plan of installing them once they were ready to. I ended up having to settle on paying a total of half of the storage unit for three months, eating that cost. After enduring numerous complaints about random miscellaneous unrelated things she blew up when I told her I won’t do anymore additional work for free. She didn’t want to pay me the full remaining amount because I wouldn’t come back and mud areas that her new counter top won’t cover that her previous one did. It was never even mentioned until the final day when payment was due and not detailed in my work she signed off on. As seen in the pictures there is a straight line where her only countertops were. I’m still unsure why I was responsible for her not wanting to buy the same size countertop backsplash trim, but either way I was finally paid in full and everyone I know In my line or work will be warned. All the years I have done this work I have never encountered someone with these extreme characteristics."
"Not how it went down. For a better depiction on my honesty, pricing, professionalism, reliability, quality, punctuality and responsiveness please see every single one of my other reviews."
