Our experience with Auger's Plumbing was an excellent one. The woman who scheduled our appt. was friendly and efficient; she was able to get someone here that same day. When Jose and Erick arrived, Jose quickly discovered the problem with our water heater and fixed it immediately. He was very knowledgeable, explained the situation, and gave us some helpful information, as well. He also waited to be sure the issue was resolved. Very impressed with this company; Jose and Erick did a great job!

I thought I was in trouble when the nut on the kitchen faucet turned out to be rusted on... in a difficult place to get at. I would have probably lost my cool, banged my head on something and cursed loud enough to be heard by the whole neighborhood. Not Jose. He just went out to his truck and came back with a tool to grind it off. No problem. Would I call them again? Absolutely.

Jim replied within 5 minutes. Was here in 5 more minutes. Checked water connection to house. He turned off our water softener(under service) and all was solved. So within 15 minutes of call all was taken care of at no charge. Will be calling them again when needed.

They provided a superior level of professional service. They arrived on time and provided an accurate estimate fairly quickly. They had all of the parts for the job with them and immediately began working after I accepted the estimate. Entire job took a couple of hours. Highly recommend them. Don't waste your time with other companies that are giving the run around.

This was a simple, straight-forward repair to unclog our system. I called Mr. Auger after business hours on a Friday evening and did not expect to even hear from him until business hours on Monday. He called on Sunday evening and was able to set up a service call for Monday morning. The plumber who called on us was completely professional. He arrived exactly on time and went to work right away, resolving the problem in around an hour. At ever step he was cordial, friendly and polite and explained everything that needed to be done and the price was reasonable (and lower than I expected). I give Auger's Plumbing the highest recommendation.

They were on time, worked efficiently, were very professional, and knew what they were doing. My sister used them just recently and had the same result, so I feel very confident recommending them. I have not used any other plumber in the area, so I don't know if their prices are high or low, that is the only reason I gave them a B on price rather than A.

Great! The plumber, Chris, from Auger's Plumbing called and asked if he could arrive early. He noticed the last faucet was not installed properly. He removed the old faucet and installed the new hardware and new faucet. It looks great and the installation was neatly done. We would definitely recommend Auger's Plumbing and we would use them again.
