Alfredo was great. He arrived right on time. Explained what he was doing. Dryer vent now works fantastic. He cleaned up after. Would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of work.

I was stunned with how well a job Freddy did on our house. House was built in 2006 and never had a duct cleaning. Freddy pointed out that several intake vents did not have a filter, I purchased them and Freddy installed them. From the time we moved in (2017) until Freddy cleaned the ducts, I would wake up with a headache. Within a week after the cleaning and the bleach odor cleared, I never had a headache upon waking up. I saved the filter that Freddy blew all of the debris into just to show to show family, we were stunned. We were so impressed that we had Freddy clean my daughter's rental in Bayside Lakes Stone Brier HOA. If I need addionial cleaning it will only be done by Freddy Lopez.

Arrived on time and proceeded to complete work efficiently while explaining the process. Afterwards he cleaned up and explained how to maintain our dryer working great.

Mr Lopez was friendly, professional and very respectful of our home. The work to be done is explained and the cost is clear. He also provides advice on how to maintain the life of our dryer. We would definitely recommend him for his skill and affable personality. And the price is right!

This navy vet comes prepared to work and does the job right. I have been using Mr Lopez since 2015 for dryer vent and dryer cleaning. Today's job was to clean and sanitize my a/c ductwork. He took the blower assembly out of the a/c unit and completely cleaned inside the unit! Who else does that? No more mold!! John D.

The most Honest Knowledgeable and Conscientious service provider! Having Lopez Air Duct Services clean our ducts and vents about 7 years ago made a significant overall difference in our breathing allergies. Its amazing how much dust and grime can accumulate over time. Just called Lopez services yesterday to schedule another cleaning which was only based on time since last cleaning... although our vents appear clean. Alfredo Lopez and team was here today and inspected our air handling system and told me that from his perspective our vents and ducts do not need additional cleaning at this time. His honesty and integrity is definitely linked to his previous life as a Senior Chief Petty Officer USN Ret. Freddy came recommended by Diversified AC. I am so glad they did. We had just had our AC replaced that was 15 years old. Freddy came out to do the duct cleaning and noticed that 4 in-take vents had no AC filters. Freddy blew out all the ducts and showed me the debris on the main filter. I was so stunned I took a few pictures to show friends. Freddy recommended getting a filtered duct for the 4 ducts without filters which, I did and Freddy installed them. I will tell you right up front when all the work was done I had the best nights sleep since I moved in here. No more sinus headaches and stuffy nose. I've gone to several friends houses and noticed their in-take vents without filters and told them about Freddy. Freddy, thank you my friend for excellent service and for letting me get a good nights sleep!!!!

No air was blowing out of our dryer vent. Lopez cleaned our clothes dryer vent conduit. They also discovered that the vent connection from the dryer had not been done correctly when the dryer was originally installed and fixed the problem. Both gentlemen who did the work were personable and explained everything very clearly. Everything is working fine now. Excellent value for the service charge. A definite 5 star service provider.

Exceptional service and work quality! Highly recommend him! We bought a 20 year old home. Bought new dryer that was not drying clothes.
