It is difficult to compete with chimney companies that are not. We do however price match any reasonable price that another company gives you. "I am sorry this process did not go as you expected. I show in our business center you purchased your sweep through Angie's List on 6/1/2015. On 6/1/2015 we immediately emailed you with dates offered for the cleaning. On 6/24/2015 you emailed back. I guess I am just confused as to what we did wrong in this situation.
