"Thank you for your review. The standard chimney cleaning includes removing all creosote/soot build up to eliminate the fire hazards in your system. We do our best to clean as much of the debris out of the fireplace as possible. The black marks inside of the fireplace typically are absorbed into the bricks because they are porous, and can not be removed without the use of major chemicals. We do not offer these services. I apologize for any inconveniences this has caused you."

"Good Morning. Thank you for your review. I have re-sent the inspection report for your records. I apologize for the delay in receiving it, however I do show it was sent the day the inspection was performed. Unfortunately with vent-free gas logs it is normal to get an odor while they are burning. There is really no way to solve it, and I wish we could have helped you further."
