Came after problem hauling some trailer. That is the excuse used. He the owner said the carpets were real bad and could not do the job. Would not tell me to my face, but went outside to call me on my cell phone. The price I was given after I text the pictures of the carpet. I would never use them. Be careful.

"I called Mr. H. [Consumer name withheld at their request] to let him know I would be running a little bit behind as I could not drop off my trailer (carrying water damage restoration equipment) until 9:00 am that morning, and he said he was fine with it. Unfortunately, his carpet was extremely soiled and saturated with animal urine (carpets squished when you would walk on it)as well as heavily soiled with dirt that stuck to the urine throughout the entire house!! Yes, he did text pics, however, I did not realize it was that way in EVERY room. Needed to be replaced!!"

I hired this company to clean carpeting in two bedrooms and very dirty ceramic grout in several rooms. Phil Minshall and helper completed the work in a professional manner...all of the rooms looked as if the carpeting and ceramic tile was brand new. We were completely satisfied with the work and they were thoughtful enough to provide expert advise on cleaning and maintaining the areas. I highly recommend the company, and you'd be lucky to get Phil to do your work.

Excellent work! It only took about 3-4 hours to clean and seal almost 950 square feet. This was the first time the grout had been cleaned professionally in at least 10 years. It looks like new!

My entire house is tiled and they cleaned and sealed all the grout. Their service was wonderful. My grout hasn't been this clean since the day it was installed. Their prices were very fair as well. The owner, Phil, is very professional and takes pride in his work. I would definitely hire them again.

I HIGHLY reccomend Supreme Steam Carpet and Tile cleaning. I had several pieces of furniture cleaned. They turned out bright, beautiful and like new. 2 chairs couldnâ t be cleaned to their standards. Due to the type of material. Instead of doing them anyway to make more money, they advised against it so I wouldnâ t waste money.
