Did not responde to phone messages left or emails sent.  Contact was never made.  Money down the drain!

Never used her. She did not return my call for service.

Initially, I felt the ad was misleading. It advertised 6 hrs for half price ($125 vs $250).  The manager explained the 6 hours were for 2 hrs each for the 3 staff persons.  Ad should have been worded correctly.
When I scheduled the cleaning, I booked Monday, 7/8, at 2:00 p.m.  When I called that afternoon to confirm, the manager said they had another job scheduled and I was on her schedule for the following Monday. When I explained the reason for 7/8 was my upcoming company, they offered to come at 5:30 that evening, but that was unacceptable.  They were able to come out the next morning and the cleaning event went well. They did a good job although didn't complete entire house as expected. I've asked them to come back for $140. 
All three staff members were diligent and pleasant.  I feel confident I should be able to change my rating after this next cleaning.

She phoned me multiple times yesterday to get my address and we set up a time to clean my home today at 10am and she still hasn't arrived, nor given me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know she would be late or needed to reschedule. I have even called her as well today and she hasn't responded.

They did a very good job in cleaning the house and organizing/putting things away.  They also stayed a little bit longer than what was agreed upon.
They arrived on time and let me know when they were coming.

They did a fantastic job.  It took all the hours that I had arranged to complete.  I was more than satsified.  While I cleaned the garage,  they worked on the house.   My house had never been this clean before.   Not only did they clean everything with quality,  they  left touches that left my wife supicious.   The way they arranged the towels and pillows -- even the arrangement of toys in my son's bedroom was so exceptional.     She could only comment,  that she did not know I had such skills.

Terrible. The vendor returned one call from me to schedule the service; told me that she would call me right back with a date and time and never did.  I called her three aditional times with no return call.  I contacted Angie's list and they attempted to contact Signature cleaning on my behalf.  When Signature never bothered to return the call to Angie's list, my payment was immediately refunded.  Angie's list  = great!  Signature cleaning = AWFUL.

We were VERY impressed with the services provided by Signature Cleaning. They showed up on time and were very professional. We chose them after researching the "Reviews" posted by others who had used their services. My wife was so impressed that she insisted that we write a review about our excellent experience with Josephine and her great staff. Generally, we are a bit skeptical about purchasing  "discounted" coupons because you usually get what you pay for. This, however, was not the case with the Angie's list discount coupon that we bought. We felt that the services we received were worth far more than the purchase price. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIGNATURE CLEANING!!! 

Ms. Josephine came with three helpers of which two were family.  They were very friendly and went to work immediately.  They did a good job and worked very efficiently.

I purchased a special deal with 4 hours of service by one person for a special rate.  I was never contacted by anyone by either phone or email for the initial call.  I tried calling, spoke with an individual who said she would be back in touch with me, never heard a thing.  I tried another phone call, got a bunch of apologies, we set up a phone call to happen the week before the cleaning to discuss what I wanted done and the date for cleaning.  I never heard anything from them on the first call when she told me something would happen.  I did receive a message asking me to call, but when I attempted to call, her mail box was full.  I immediately asked for my money to be refunded and Angies List promised me my money back.  The night before the original appointment was suppose to happen I received a phone call from Signature asking if they were coming to my house.  This was the worst communication fiasco and customer service experience I've had in a long time.  Very, very disappointing.

I tried to schedule several times.  When they finally set up an appointment they didn't show up.  They called me and asked if we could reschedule.

Signature Cleaning showed up as promised.  They did a great job.  They were in and out quickly.  Actually look forward to cleaning day.

I fired them.  The quality of the work decreased the longer they worked for me.  They start out with a wonderful cleaning, and as time goes by, they just become less observant.  They do come less concerned with a thorough cleaning.  I have had a situation where I had just felt to look at some place, for example behind my bedside table.  They left the dust bag there.  They used to use my vacuum cleaner and not empty it when they were done.  I can give a whole list of things.  I have contemplated going back online and changing my original comment about them.  They were doing things it seemed like they didn't want to work for me anymore.  I had enough and I had talked to them enough.  God only knew what they were doing by now.  There was one occasion where I walked into my bedroom, and there was hair sitting on my clothes that were on my bed.  I didn't know where they came from.  The staple in my bathroom sink had been unscrewed and left in the sink.  I have a squeegee in the shower because my shower door is a glass and a little hanger that sticks on the tile; I found them in the flooring.  It seemed like they always left something.  We were talking about the top of the shower door do not go to the ceiling, there is space in between the top of the door and the ceiling.  They did not routinely clean the top of the dust.  They would clean pictures; they would clean the front, sides, and bottom, but not the top.  The price was good.  I think the price was low because their quality was also low.  They used to always ask if they could do something to improve, but they never anything about it.  I had a lot of trouble of getting them here when they were supposed to be here and finally they had to end up switching the days.

Very well.  I first called Jo for an estimate to clean my house.  I had also gotten estimates from some other cleaning services.  She came to my house, toured the house and gave me a reasonable estimate.  She did not require a full "spring cleaning" which costs a lot of money as some other companies do.   The first time she came to clean, she was only supposed to stay for 2 hours but ended up staying for 4 hours and she did not ask for more money.  Since that first visit Jo has been cleaning my house on a biweekly basis.  She does a very thorough job and I am quite happy with her service.

It went very well. I was pleased with the service. Josephine and her staff are thorough, friendly, and lots of fun. They really seem to care and know what they are doing. Will probably set them up on a regular cleaning schedule.

They are excellent they do a great job. She finds things to clean as well as the regular cleaning. If I have any requests she does them without charge. She actually cleaned my home today and when I came home she had taken the ladder out of my garage to clean the fans because she thought they needed it. I didn't even have to ask!
