About us
We are a full service home inspection firm covering all Central Florida. All of our inspections are performed by a Certified Master Inspector (CMI). This means we have performed over 1,000 home inspections and have held a high standard of excellence in our service that is required of the best in the home inspection industry. We are State of Florida licensed Home Inspectors and Certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). We have a background in water, fire and mold remediation and construction. We also have a background in wood destroying organism identification and treatment such as subterranean termites, dry wood termites, Formosan termites, carpenter bees and more. Our home inspection service includes a thorough evaluation of your property and a detailed photo documented report of our findings that is easy to read. Mike was incredibly thorough, responsive and detailed. He kept us informed throughout the process as well as followed up with a full report and great information. He's been very helpful for follow up when I had an ongoing question from an insurance company, etc.
I've already recommended him to others who need the same service. I had contacted 5-6 inspectors to get quotes and information and it was obvious on the phone that he knew his business well. It was even more obvious when he was there working. Very glad we used him twice already and wouldn't hesitate to use him again anytime.

The defects he found prompted me to lower my offer by 5K, which was accepted by the seller.

He also did the home inspection on the home I am in process of purchasing. He is detail oriented and gives a complete report. Mike also takes the time to answer any question you have even a week after you receive the written report.
Mike is worth every penny you pay him.
