GroutSmith was very quick to respond to my inquiry via email, as opposed to hounding my with incessant phone calls, which are not very convenient for me to take throughout the work day. Showed up for a free estimate within a few days and had the job completed that same Saturday. Mike was a great installer and it was even his birthday! He left behind a sample size bottle of the white sealer and said I could do the adjoining Jacuzzi next to the shower enclosure if I wanted to. My shower looks brand new and it was pretty disgusting before it was restored. I would definitely recommend you hire GroutSmith for your tile cleaning needs.

Looks good! haven't tried the shower area. Have to wait 5 days. and 21 days for floors. Color looks terrific and fresh! Workers were informative and answered all questions we had.

the job was expensive: $3,000. the workers were friendly, and I trusted them. quality of work was good, I wanted all the grout to be flat but I guess they couldn't do that, some grout lines are deeper than others. the workers said I would come home to a clean floor but it was not. I could see the workers foot steps through out the house. the floor had a fine layer of dust over it. the workers did leave me a bottle of cleaning product.

The tile flooring and grout were extremely dirty. The technician did an excellent job and the tile and grout look very nice. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional.

The work to replace and seal the grout in our shower was completed four days ago. We will use the shower tomorrow for the first time, so this evaluation may be premature. That said, to this point we are please with the speed with which GroutSmith responded to our request for an estimate, and what appears to be very good workmanship. The GroutSmith personnel were very polished and professional, and the work was accomplished according to our expectations.

Groutsmith provided exactly the service they promised. On time for all stages to re-grout a leaking 2nd story outside patio deck. Always professional, courteous & amicable despite the blazing hot weather conditions of the job. Special kudos to Robert, who endured the the worst of it. Can't fully rate the quality & value yet because I won't know if the leaks are fully sealed untl it rains again, but can't help but believe the quality of their work equals the quality of their professionals. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future grout work.
